Love it!
I've been using the Maybelline Total Temptation brow refiner for a while but it doesn't seem to be sold in stores anymore, so I was looking for something with a similar slanted / teardrop tip. I ended like liking the Rimmel more because the Soft Black color works really well for me. It's more like a grayish dark brow, and you can go very light-handed to get a really natural look (see picture). Drugstore products that I like tends to get discontinued a lot and I hope this one stays! The teardrop tip makes it really easy to quickly fill in your brows!

It is the perfect color, best tool for simple eyebrow's shaping after trying everything else this is the absolute best.

Good eyebrow pencil
Not a bad eyebrow pencil. It is harsh, so you can draw fine hairs well. But my eyebrows are thick and black, I need a pencil softer than this one, just to fill the eyebrows with color where there is not quite enough of it.

Love It!
My eyebrows are nearly non existent, so I have tried MANY brow liners, this one is the best! It's almost waxey, so it catches the few hairs I do have while still filling in the rest, giving them a more natural look that lasts all day. The brow stick itself lasts forever! A typical liner for me would last about 3 weeks, this one lasts about 2 months!! I use soft black and have darker brown hair, matches up perfect.

Pencil immediately broke upon use - replacement item good
I ordered this eyebrow pencil, which broke as soon as I started to apply it. I began the return process; however, I quickly realized that a $5 refund wasn't worth a 30 minute drive. The replacement item worked well.
