Does anyone know if this will fit the bes870xl ?

The BCE250 8-Pack of Espresso Cleaning Tablets reflected here is the same which is sold directly by the manufacturer for the BES870XL model, and in fact all Breville espresso machines as each current model uses these same tablets.

I'm pretty sure you mean 1.5cm in diameter, not 1.5mm round. That's about 3/4" diameter.

Where can I get a Breville juicer replacement C clips

If you can't find one on Amazon, go to breville - dot - com. Choose "parts and accessories". Choose "juicers" (or whatever your machine is). Know your model, because you'll then need to click on THAT. From there you should find assorted parts for that machine--whatever they still support and offer. I believe you can buy your part (if it's there) at that site. Good luck!
