Yes. Mine fits my 17.3 inch laptop, an extra screen with case, my wireless keyboard, mouse, several cords, headphones, and bunch of paperwork, and just put in my 2 inch binder and still have room leftover.

Is the laptop pocket rfid?

No, I didn't see anything like that. It's a simple bag with lots of room..the only reason I purchased it. But read the description details carefully.
