Extremely great for stomach issues, and also urinary tract issue! I don’t drink much soda at all, so I’m super sensitive! I had an issue last year with a UTI and I took this and within a few hours it was gone. I also take this now as a preventative if I drink soda! So many benefits. I take with or without water. The taste isn’t that bad!

This is a great supplement especially for aging women in menopause works well I would recommend this fully no taste if so it's is a light taste but best to take in juice or. Cold water

I bought this supplement as it was recommended by Anthony William, and I have to confess I didn’t notice any changes. Not that I was necessarily expecting any either since I was taking it just for the heck of it. However! I started taking this *nasty* vegan EPA/DHA capsules for macular health and I hadn’t tried it before. Well, apparently it is made from algae and it smells like FISH!! After I would choke it down, I would then burp it!! Eeeewww!! I was *seriously* contemplating throwing away that new bottle of capsules just because it was so vile and I didn’t want to constantly have a “reminder” after the fact. Anyway, last week after I took all my vitamins plus those three capsules, I put a little bit of the cat’s claw tincture in a small glass of water and drink that. And I did it for two more days there after. Then it dawned on me that I wasn’t burping up those disgusting capsules anymore. Out of the last six or seven days that I’ve been taking those capsules, only one time did I mildly burp those capsules. And prior to taking the cats claw, I was burping those filthy things every single day! I don’t know what it is about that cats claw, but I will not take those capsules ever again without chasing it down with a bit of cats claw

It might work but hard to take because of the taste

This is my second bottle. I like it , not unpleasant to the taste. Will buy again.

Amazing product but it needs to be added to something. It's rough taste but beneficial overall.

I told an Amazonian shaman I suffer from food sensitivity and he told me he cures Crohn's with cat's claw. I was sceptical because it ramps up my immune system but what do I have to lose? Started with quarter of the suggested dose on the label. It caused a minor flare up but I was able to get over it. However the pain felt different and it kind of showed me if I tense in a certain way the pain intensifies. So it taught me how to manage it on my own by being mindful of my body. Tried it again but not a regular basis, only when I knew I can handle discomfort. Gradually the flare ups subsided, maybe on their own, but I think it's because I'm better able to deal with them. Use with caution!
