4.67 stars. Seems to work fine for various brands of NiMh AAA & AA batteries. It's a dependable, simple, brand name charger. BEST FEATURES: ++ Plugs directly into an outlet or power strip. NO fussing with USB chargers or cables, or ports than can go bad. ++ Comes with 4 Energizer rechargeable AA batteries, so it's a good deal, price-wise. ++ Simple, large, bright indicator: red (charging), green (DONE!), or flashing red (problem with a battery). ++ Charges our Tenergy or Energizer brand NiMh batteries well, & also generic ones from outdoor solar lights. ++ Has an opening in the back, so it's easy to push out the batteries when they are fully charged. DOWNSIDES (small, but good to know): -- You cannot charge just ONE battery at a time. You must charge either 4 or 2. If charging 2, they MUST be in either the 2 left-most or 2 right-most slots. This was not obvious when we purchased, but we did find the "CHARGE 2 OR 4" statement afterward in the additional images. -- Included printed directions are welcome, but are fairly small print. The image of proper battery placement could have been larger and better designed. IMPORTANT: It's NOT for NiCd or other non-NiMh type batteries. If you need to charge more than one flavor of battery, look elsewhere. This one is for NiMh batteries only, in AA or AAA size only. WOULD WE BUY AGAIN? Yes.

Better then the off brand rechargeable only problem is batterys don't last to long for gaming but great for other uses for the price I'd definitely recommend

Comes with 4 batteries, takes about 10 hours to charge, must charge 2 or 4 at a time, will not charge in odd amounts. Easy-to-use.

Works exaxtly as intended. I bought for my wii controllers, after recharge, they would last from two, three sessions of gaming, which I would say are around 3 to 4 hours of continuous playing each. I'm satisfied with the purchase. I just have to charge them for 4 to 5 hours, so, no complaints.

Le doy un 8 de 10 porque es una opción sólida y asequible para iniciarte en el mundo de las baterías recargables, aunque con algunas limitaciones que debes conocer. Lo que más me encanta es la simplicidad. Es un cargador básico tipo "plug-in" (se enchufa directamente a la pared) que carga tus pilas AA y AAA de níquel-hidruro metálico (NiMH). Es perfecto para uso ocasional y para tener un respaldo de energía en casa sin gastar mucho dinero. La marca Energizer te da confianza en la seguridad y durabilidad. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta que es un cargador "lento" o "de valor". Tarda varias horas (a veces 8-12 horas) en cargar completamente las pilas de alta capacidad, y la luz LED no suele indicar cuándo la carga está completa o si una pila está defectuosa, solo que está cargando. Además, carga las pilas en pares (2 o 4 a la vez), no individualmente.
