Great and good spice level.
I’ve tried 4 or 5 different yellow curry pastes and this one is BY FAR the best. It’s close to as good as my favorite Thai restaurants. It’s about a 2-3 star spice level, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like some spice.

The flavor is on the money
Yum yum yum! My favorite curry paste! Great for yellow coconut curry! Mid to moderate spice depending on how many cans you use. I usually have loose spices on the side to make adjustments accordingly.

love this Curry paste
Absolutely love this curry paste! I use it all the time when I don't have alot of time.. Its also great for camping..instant curry noodles when added to something like Ka-me udon. Flavor is great and spice is just right for a medium.

Great for Indian Dishes
The product adds a nice zing to my Curried Split Pea Dahl recipe. Nice complex flavors. It was not called for in the original recipe, but I added a can just as an experiment and it improved it noticeably.

Recipe recommended extra effort to find yellow curry paste. This Thai brand was certainly worth it!

How to make a curry for Dummies? Get that paste!
We wanted to try home made curry. We had no clue how to do it and what will be the result. After many search and review reading, we took a chance on Maesri Yellow Curry paste and I can tell you that it did not disappoint one bit! That stuff is GOOD! Taste amazing and even better than most curry in restaurant we tried. We never though that one day we will make it a regular meal in our home but with that paste, it is so easy and fast that it is not a duty to cook a curry at all. We ordered the red and green (and more yellow) from the same brand. This is going to stay a fixture in our pantry. Mixed with Coconut milk or cream, perfect sauce each time.

Excellent yellow curry paste. Use the entire tin with 2 cans of coconut milk for milder, 500ml as recommended for thicker, spicy.
