Nice quality and fits snug. Brim of the hat can be adjusted between straight and more bent. Wear this in the rain and snow, no issues with it drying out and retaining its shape. In terms of cleaning I find that soaking the hat in cold soapy water is the best. You can take a toothbrush to scrub any stains. Some people suggest sticking it in the dishwasher, haven't tried this for cleaning purposes.

This is not the hat in the picture. The hat has one round sticker in the middle of the hats bill. It is made in the USA. It is of superb quality. It is a heavy duty hat. The fabric is heavy. It feels great on my cranium. The hat was $10.01 off the regular price. I figured it was going to be a lesser quality hat. I figured incorrectly. It is the genuine on field, authentic collection, and made in the USA hat.

I bought this hat to replace an aging classic A-town hat I'd had for a few years. I also bought it a bit larger than my last to enable comfortable wearing of the hat cocked a little to one side. Big fan of the newer black color under the bill as opposed to the previous gray color on my older one. Would definitely recommend this seller and product. Came packaged very well and with no damage or abnormal creases. Would buy from again!

I have a big head, like literally a huge head. I'm a big guy in general (6'3") so I'm used to not finding things in my size. My head won't fit in the one-size fits all or XL fitted hats with this elastic band. The biggest they sell at most retail mall hat stores is 8. I'm from MN and wanted a fitted Twins hat and found 8 too be a little snug. I was happy to find this one in 8 1/8 size. It looks nice and has broken in really nicely. I wear it pretty often and have gotten compliments. It is the same style as the players wear on the field. I actually bought a second one as I have learned that if I find something I like in an odd size I should have a backup as they tend to stop making stuff like this. Regardless of your head size, this is a good buy (and cheaper than most retail stores)!

Awesome hat but if you have a bigger head I suggest going at least a size up than what you usually get. These authentic MLB hats are real right on my forehead compared to other fitted hats. The first one I bought from another seller left a line across my forehead and gave me an awful headache lol but I do have a big dome so that doesn't help. Either way I suggest going with one or two sizes up if you're in the same boat!

My 6 year old son is a huge baseball fan. We spent SEVEN hours at the at the ballpark during the last tigers game and he was eager for more. The ONLY thing that made it better was surprising him with this authentic MLB hat on the way to the game. He was so proud of it he didn't want to take it off. This is a high quality hat and the only one a huge baseball fan should have!

Awesome looking hat, it just needs to be stretched out a little to fit, I bought it as a gift and he gave me his regular size(I think its because of the flat brim) other than that, I give 5 stars

So in the item description it says that this hat is made in the USA. This makes sense as the on-field hats by New Era always are. I have a couple Tigers hats that are the official on-field style and one that isn't. The two that are on-field are indeed American made, it's clearly marked on a tag inside the hat, and the one that isn't on-field was made in China. You can tell the differences just by holding them. I'll be honest, the main reason I ordered this Reds hat from Amazon was the price, $21 with two day shipping included. That's nearly half as much as the shop at Great American Ball Park or Lids charges. However, as soon as I opened the box and tried it on I was disappointed. The hat felt cheap, ironic I know but that's not the point, and sure enough when I checked for the Made in USA tag it said made in China. I don't know if New Era recently changed their MLB on field hats to Chinese production or not but I could tell of the lower craftsmanship when I inspected the hat. I'm almost certain when I tried on the same hat at Great American that it was made in USA but maybe I was mistaken. I sure hope that isn't the case otherwise I won't be getting any Reds hat. I'm not sure if Amazon got a bad batch of these hats or not but I'm starting to believe that they might have. However, when I called customer service, Amazon made it right for me. The person I spoke to was very helpful, and surprised that it was made in China, and gave me two options. I could either get a full refund and return the hat or get a replacement sent to me asap. I originally requested the replacement route but the customer service rep said that there was an issue with the product and it couldn't be done (Which further strengthens my idea that the hats were just a bad batch). So instead I got a full refund and will be sending this made in China hat back to Amazon this week. Bottom line: If you want to save a few bucks off of the gift shop or Lids price, which is perfectly fine, and can live with the fact that your Chinese made hat is far lesser quality than those made in the USA, order this hat from Amazon. BUT if you want a hat that's of the best quality, feel and comfort go to your local sporting goods store, check the label and see if it has USA on it. In my opinion, it's worth the extra bucks if it does.

It's a hat. Well made, and fits great. I won't wear anything but fitted hats when I do. This is a very old purchase but I'm still wearing it so...yeah.
