This was a replacement for a police car spotlight bulb. I am very much against any form of halogen lights when can be avoided, the dim and almost depressing level of light halogen produces leaves much to be desired, the solution? LED. The LED chips in this light produce a nearly evil amount of light and shining this towards someones face will make them instantly close their eyes or look away, that is how bright it is. Now while this is mostly for official law enforcement use, this light also has practicality for your day-to-day driver, if you’re having issues with your headlights or they are not bright enough when traveling through dark or foggy areas at night this light will shine right through allowing you to clearly see anything you direct it at. With this practicality though you must understand that regardless of what type of light it is or what housing it goes in, some lights are forbidden to be used in certain states, I recommend you look up official laws regarding extra light sources for your vehicle, and NEVER shine this at a vehicle coming the opposite way from you, it is bright enough to disorient other drivers and could cause an accident, and you will be held accountable for it. Have respect for others and do not be an idiot. I love this product and putting it in my cop car definitely filled a void not only of the housing but of my own heart for it feeling even closer to a vehicle in service for law enforcement, and as i said it is highly practical for roads with no traffic that have no other light sources and are dangerous to drive on without proper lighting, the distance the light can reach is more then enough. So remember, use it properly so you avoid any legal trouble and make sure the housing you are installing it in will properly hold the bulb in place.

This PAR46 LED light is Super Bright .I bought to replace a 250 Watt GE incandescent landing light. It's form fit function . It fits the lamp holder bracket perfect with no modification what so ever. I wish instead of having leads coming out of the rear.It had either spade receptacle or square nut with screws for attaching wire. So far I am happy with it and I will buy another one.Hope the seller will still give me the two piece price.I wanted to try it first. I have yet to try it at night to see the light projection.. I recommend this LED light

This is a good light its bright fit well and was easy to hook up. I was expecting two lights at $50 so the value on this light is not great.

I have a 2001 crown Vic with 2 spotlights. Going to buy another one soon for the other side. Very bright led spotlight.

Well, I like this light, and it was easy to replace, however I couldn't get this to work with an on/off switch. Description says its 28v maybe that's the problem I don`t know for sure. This is a very bright light. Back to the drawing board.

Was very easy to install. Took 5 mins all together. I just cut off the ends of the wires and used wire nuts to connect to the original power. So much brighter than the stock spotlight!

An easy replacement for the Unity halogen bulb and reflector that was original. Remove the old bulb and reflector and the rubber edge bumpers as they are not needed.. 1) add a spade connector to the black ground wire. 2) snip the terminal lug wire off the halogen bulb and splice to the red positive wire. 3) plug in the connections and test. Be amazed at how much brighter and whiter this bulb is.

Product was different from pictures. Instead of screw lugs for leads attachment, it has a pigtail. Returned for credit. Will order different product.
