I use BCAA regularly but purchased this brand for first time and it is very good in our budget. I felt the difference in just 2 days. I don't feel exhausted while training. You can use this pre-training, intra-training or post-training, it depends on you. I would prefer it during training. Good taste and mixability, value for money, nice presentation. Try new flavors like Tropical madness and summer bonanza. I purchased tropical madness (taste is pineapple).

Have been using it for a long time. They have reduced the filling drastically. Doubt if it's 450 gm.
