I am so surprised by this table! I was nervous since I hadn’t seen it and I bought it open box for fairly cheap. It’s gorgeous! It seems pretty sturdy and was easy to put together. My table has an imperfection on the top but I bought it open box, one of the chairs also has an imperfectIon but you can hardly tell. I’m very pleased with the quality for how inexpensive it was.

Like others I was so afraid to order the table without being able to see it in person, touch it, sit in the chairs, etc. The color is perfect- great rich gray color. It's very sturdy and my husband had no trouble putting it together in a relatively short period of time. The size is perfect for my kitchen and I love the fact that the bench slides under the table because it gives me more space. When the box arrived at the house it had numerous tears, and looked pretty rough. I just knew we were going to have to return one or more items. To our surprise none of the items had any scratches or dings. Already receiving compliments. I would definitely purchase this item again.

I was finding it difficult with all of these supply chain issues to find a decent dining set locally that didn't cost the earth. Sure you can pay $3k for a dining set, but if you want something better than Walmart but not all that expensive ("medium" quality), you are left with going for something you can't see/feel first online. So you are mainly going by reviews, so I'll try my best to be objective here. We have gray hardwood floors so the gray version of this set looked like what we needed. It arrived 9 days after ordering, which was one day earlier than the original estimate. It was heavy and we had the delivery guy put it in the garage until I was ready to build it the day after. I unpacked in the garage and brought the parts in for construction. It was not difficult to construction and I'd say took about 80 minutes doing it on my own. The construction is similar to others you will no doubt have seen where the legs bolt into corner braces on the furniture. But somehow this construction is heavier/better than the cheap ones. The seat of the chairs has no less than SIX bolts (and one dowel) into the chair frame. It feels solid. I have not regretted this purchase and my wife and I like the set very much. Downsides? There are still some rough parts, I found while putting it together that there are some not quite smooth areas on parts that are not seen (like the underside of parts of the chair frame). This wasn't terrible but needed a quick run over with sandpaper to smooth it off. As this was only on areas that aren't seen, it didn't spoil the look of the set. The table surface isn't perfect, you can tell that there's the odd place where the stain is very slightly a different shade than the rest of it, but you have to really look to see it. The biggest thing that I needed to change was the feet that come preinstalled on the furniture legs (see picture). The small white ones that were preinstalled are made of something plasticky or maybe nylon. I can see that they tried to cover everything by having something that would likely work on both carpet and hard floors. But I can see some owners being nervous about using these on hard floors because they sound like they are going to mark the floor. They didn't in my case but I wanted to change them out just the same. I didn't know that there were going to be any feet on them, so I had already ordered the following items from amazon to arrive at the same time. One pack of the 1" ones does the chairs, and one pack of the 1.5" ones does the table and bench. The picture of the bigger feet is what it looks like after installation. I purchased this table about 18 months ago. It was a beautiful table, but does not last. It was only pretty for about 6 months and the paint on top started coming off. It looks pretty bad on top and I have to use table cloths now to cover it's horrible appearance. I had contacted the company 6 months after purchase and received no response. The chairs are wobbly and I have to tighten the bolts every month or 2. It doesn't help any longer because the bolts are stripped. Just absolute junk. I did not use anything abrasive on the table top, just a sponge with dish soap. We never even used steak knives at the table, because we use paper plates often. When I purchased it I paid about $600. What a huge expense for such a low quality product. The whole table is covered in scratches where the paint just practically wipes off, and the rest feels sticky. It has several dull spots as well.

I was a little anxious buying a dinning set off Amazon, but yet again, I am 100% satisfied!! The size is perfect for my open concept townhouse. The color is just like the picture and it seems sturdy and well made. I opted for the delivery and assembly package which I was thankful for because it took two people to get the box up the stairs. Only complaint is the paint stain is VERY strong and I currently have the windows open to try to air it out. Other then that, very satisfied!

This was easy to put together, however, one of the front chair legs cracked. Makes me question the quality and durability of this product. I sent an email to the manufacturer with no response.
