I purchases this to stretch out my back in the morning and do some other exercises. As a spine correct, it works great. Good for exercise tooI always feel more mobile and flexible when I'm done

I started using the spine corrector in private Pilates classes and decided to buy this so I could work out at home. Pilates arc is great and easy to use to supplement my studio classes. My neck and back pain is greatly reduced and I’m more flexible. Using this also helps to prevent lower back injury. Great tool and easy to fit in a small condo which is a plus. Thanks!

Very light and can be used in many ways. I bought the Mini-Mat as well. If you don't have a step barrel, this is an easy way to fill that gap. Comes with a mildly useful DVD and there are a couple of workouts on PilatesAnytime that include the Pilates Arc. I like that it can be used on my Balanced Body reformer, fitting over the shoulder rests in multiple 'settings'.I suspect the shipping cost is one of the strongest benefits of this product vs. the traditional step barrel. I am curious about the actual costs of making the product (which appears to be just a study form of styrofoam) since the cost seems fairly high to me - with shipping it is at least as much as some of the step barrels I saw available online.

I got this to relieve my back pain, and regular use keeps it pain free. My husband tried it and loves it too.

It's a great quality Pilates Arc. Comes with a user guide( exercise manual). I recommend it👍

It is exactly as expected

I love Pilates and have my own reformer, but this is a great addition. Very lightweight but sturdy, I carry it all over those house and use it to stretch out my back from hours of sitting. Highly recommend as an addition to the Regormer or stand alone.

I love the spine corrector and wanted to buy one. I was so happy to see Amazon sold the Balanced Body Spine Corrector and it would arrive in 2 days. The box was in great shape and arrived in perfect condition!
