Samsung Galaxy A10

I write this on my wife's behalf for whom I bought the handset. The initial instructions included were in Russian! There was a picture sort of explaining where to fit the sim and SD card. A search of YouTube found a moderately helpful set up video. The vendor has been kind enough to supply a printed set of set up information. Most helpful. My wife is even less "Techy" than her antique husband.... She's gradually finding her way around the various settings and is very pleased that's it's faster to react that her previous 'phone and that the battery life is appearing to be much longer.. So far so good. I'll add to this post when my wife has had a little more experience with her new toy.

My very old dad wanted to be up to date with technology and was jealous of our whole younger family using smartphones. I bought him this to use as a way to understand how to use a phone as well as new technology and software in the process. The UI is so easy for him to understand and navigate around (icons are simple and big to read along with them being easy for him to remember). A great addition from Samsung as usual.

Purchased for my partner who has never owned a Smartphone and didn’t want one? I made sure I loaded Apps for Ebay, WattsApp together with all her friends contacts, her e-mail site together with a lot of apps that she uses on her Tablet. She has found the phone very easy to get into and I find her using it all the time just like the youngsters today. I would highly recommend this phone for people upgrading to Smartphone’s.

Delivery was quick with no hassles up to that point. However on opening up the phone the instructions were in a foreign language. I then tried to register the phone Online and Samsung UK would not recognise the serial number. I then checked the CSC (Country Specific Code) and weirdly it did not match up to any country and it appears that for some reason it had been changed. I then did a search using the IMEI number which recognised the phone as being allocated to Bulgaria! This explained why the CSC had been changed. I then phoned Samsung UK and went through the same registration issue and they had the same hassle, but were eventually able to register the phone for the 2 year warranty as it was purchased within the EU. In the meantime I had contacted the seller and they asked me to send back the phone so that they could examine it. The English was very poor as it seems that they misunderstood my request as the phone is not faulty so should not require being examined. Given that they had to manually access the phone to change the CSC before sealing it up again I am a bit wary and unsure whether to return the phone or not.

Excellent phone. Very user friendly. Note you will need a Nano sim for this and can also add a 64mb SD card. Really likingvtge phobe having upgraded from my Samsung J5 2015. Service was great to. Ordered on bank holiday Monday and arrived on Wednesday. Package was sealed as new phone and comes with charger and headphone set.

Phone arrived but no SD card with it. Emailed company for response. Watch this space. Will post outcome UPDATE, contacted seller, they explained that phone had internal 32gb memory. It did not need to come with extra sd card as a previous A10 I had bought which did not have internal memory. All good, phone brilliant

Best replacement and more! Exceeded my expectations. Had no trouble with it all. 5 stars for the camera. Stores everything I need without prompting to delete data. Best present from my partner and extremely excellent value for money and cheapest seller on the market. Arrived in immaculate condition, no scratches.

This is a perfectly adequate samsung phone. It replaces another samsung model, so it was easy for me to get to grips with it. I was displeased to find that this was NOT a UK model as shown in the product description - it's a European spec. adjusted to UK standards. One of the things they've done is adapted the charging plug from 2-pin to 3-pin - but it's not well done. I don't know if the change will make a difference, but I don't appreciate false descriptions and I would have bought elsewhere if I'd know.
