Is this cheese made from un-pasturized milk & is it cave aged?

There is no explanation on the label that it is from unpasteurized milk. I would guess it is from pasteurized. The cheese is NOT cave aged.

Sodium content - can someone please tell me what the sodium content is for this cheese (per ounce).

Sure. Sodium, depending on manufacturer, is relatively low: 125-130 mg per ounce (30 g). If you have a 4 ounce (120 g) serving it is 500-550 mg. Which if you live in the US is 1/4 of your Daily Allowance of Sodium.

Does it need tariff if ships to china?

Can this cheese be used on pizza ? and what other are recommended swiss or german cheese for pizza's?

you could use it since it melts nicely, but i woild mix it. i used it for mac n cheese with other cheeses. worked great.

Horrible I would not give this to my worst enemy.

I received mine and it was horrible. Nothing like the picture at all!! Dry crumbly I no holes with a very unpleasant taste. I had to trim most of a slice away to get to any kind of cheese with. Little decent texture and taste. This is my first time trying this particular type of cheese so maybe this is how it is supposed to be but then the seller should update the ad because it looked and tasted nothing like what is advertised. I had to throw mine away.

Authentic Swiss Emmentaler. Must have!

I was craving Swiss cheese ever since I moved here from Germany 9 months ago. When I ordered this one I was kinda concerned about the shipping since cheese shouldn't be exposed to higher temperatures for days. When I opened the package I was just amazed. The seller included a pack of dry ice and the cheese felt still cool after 3 days of transport. Freshness, taste and texture was exactly what you would expect from a high quality Swiss cheese. I'm so glad I ordered this piece. It's just perfect with a glass of red wine. Will definitely order again.
