Update-After contacting manufacture they happily replaced the 2 damaged parts free of charge they asked for photos of damaged units and if any serial numbers as well. very happy with the process.This is or would have been an amazing but build quality is lacking for the cost of premium product I expected more. The zipper broke the first time I used it then the light lens/magnifier was cracked already. I just cant give this a good review for that.

I will admit, a bit pricy but you get a well built, quality light output and extremely portable light!!

I'll start off with saying something nice - the quality of the materials is second to none, the fabrics are thick and durable. This is built to last. The way the flash mount has a ball head to swivel is fantastic.That's about where my positivity ends. For $500 you get a 24" softbox with a pointless magnetic mount, and the system all together becomes so heavy that it defeats the purpose of using a box this small. The 'convenience' of having, for whatever reason, magnetically attached flashes (which they aren't really since you end up clamping them in for safety anyways), comes a the cost of of being bulky and absurdly heavy for the small size this box is, which makes it tedious to carry around. In the end it all becomes a gimmick.There are a slew of 24-30" portable boxes out there that set up faster, weight a lot less, are easier and less bulky to carry around, and cost between $50-70. In the end they put out the same light quality since that's determined by the size of the box. I feel that most people I know who have bought and use this box either don' know any different, or are just trying to be trendy.

Spend $500 on a setup only to realize when I received it that I still need to spend another $48 for 2 MagGrips to seat my 600EX's! Is this for real? It does not even come with a single grip? I'm at a standstill - so frustrating!!! I only received it 20 minutes ago and I'm ready to send it back! UGH

The advertising is quite misleading. Anyone would think they were purchasing the package the guy had on the motorcycle. I was so devastated when all I got was a shell and a magshoe. I message 2 separate people and neither have been able assist me. Please help.
