Product Comparison: This isn't quite a "Buy it for life" thing, but the man, in the realm of socks, it's the closest thing. They are expensive, but it's not worth the money only if you lose one! Which I have almost done many times. The difference in comfort and durability is immediately noticeable, setting them apart from less expensive alternatives. The premium you pay translates directly into a better experience for your feet. Repurchase Likelihood: For sure. Despite the fear of losing one due to their value, their quality and comfort make them worth every penny. I see myself continually returning to Balega for my sock needs. Six-Month Update: Still going strong! After six months of regular use, the Balega socks have maintained resilience through constant wear and washing, which is impressive, solidifying their status as a high-quality product.

Back in my college years I decided to purchase a quality pair of running shoes for all types of terrain. A friend recommended this local shoe store geared towards runners and I came in an got fitted. I never thought I would buy a pair of socks with my purchase but the employee that helped me recommended these Balegas. Back then I could only save up so much and I knew shoes were going to be pricey but didn’t account for a pair of socks that cost equal to a pack of regular socks I could get at Target. (at the time it was $12/$13 but that seemed expensive just for one pair especially being a a poor college student!). She told me I wouldn’t regret it. And I’m so glad she sold it to me!!! These are the most comfortable, dry and downright durable socks I have used for all my fitness activities and for walking everywhere while on vacation or around the city or my neighborhood. I’ve tried other socks over the years but none have lasted as long as these babies! I’ve used them for mud runs too and (as shown in the picture of the pair on the left) they still kept their form and quality!! The grey color looks darker in the picture but it’s actually lighter than it looks. I hand washed these thoroughly after every mud run event I ran and although the whiteness didn’t stay, it was still comfortable and lasted a long time. Only recently it started to wear down in my heal area and now has a small hole on each sock, which is why I thought I should finally buy another pair. I probably could have bought other pairs in the past, but before Amazon and online shopping was big, I could not find these socks because I thought the brand was called “Bak Ga” lol. The logo on my old socks made it look that way so the last few years I’ve tried searching and came up short, until now that search engines are smarter and can pin point me in the right direction at least and then finally found the brand!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these socks if you do any physical activity, even if you walk everywhere. It’s so comfortable and obviously long lasting! I want to say my old socks are about 15 years old! I’m probably going to wear it around the house still on lazy days. It’s still that comfortable even with the holes lol.

I have always had problems with the heel of my sock slipping down into my running shoe. The sock, that was just too small (did not fit as promised), not just right (almost perfect), and all together too big, (after repeated washing and miles). Then I came across the Balega Hidden sock while searching, for that, just out of reach perfect sport sock. Well, not anymore! When I first came across the sock, I purchased it solely on the promise of “no slip”; but what I found was by far a superior sock (IMO). I no longer have to stop during my runs to re-adjust the heel back up, to minimize blisters on my runs or walks. Everything stays exactly where I want it too, all throughout my short (5-10) runs long runs (10+). Even though I was hesitant at first, to purchase I read the reviews, which are a big must, including checking out Balega’s website. Well, I am glad that I did make that first purchase; my feet are happy at the end of my runs, and that my fellow road warriors, is super huge for me. Nothing worse then starting the day with a great run only to end up with a darn blister or friction irritation and have to walk through the rest of the day with a frown on the inside. Happy feet means happy me! I suggest reading through the reviews that are products informational or just switch over to their website. One last suggestion though, the right fit is everything when purchasing any athletic item; so check out their website for their sizing chart, I did. Nice and cushy, but they fill up your shoe considerably so I've had to remember to buy a size up when I shopped for shoes. Even then, though, I needed to go up another half to accommodate the sock. Very comfortable though when your shoes have enough room. Socks look very sturdy!

já tinha comprado da marca para correr e queria comprar para a minha namorada paras a caminhadas dela. Assim comprei o S. Mas apesar de ela calçar os 36/37 O S fica demasiado grande para ela. Acabei por ficar eu com elas, que calço um 40. Fora isso são confortáveis e bem acolchoadas. Uso tbm para correr quando é preciso e são bem confortáveis. nada de costuras e nada de bolhas :D se forem com as anteriores vão durar muito tempo!

It is comfy but quality doesn't seem too promising. Dont think it is worth the price.

Got this because of the great reviews. The socks are thick and soft but constantly 'roll down' my ankles and gathering under my sole while I walk! I've to keep taking off my shoes and pulling my socks up. Gave up after the third time and went sockless.
