Great customer service and flavor (flavors tested-fruit punch, strawberries, and oranges)
When my product shipped, the contents of the bag spilled into the box due to incomplete sealing of the mix. SKRATCH labs immediately responded to email and rectified the problem by sending me a replacement promptly. They even included samples of some of their other products for me to try out. The product- extremely palatable and great consistency. the recommended ratios make for a good pre-peri-post exercise drink. Not too sweet and without the granular mineral taste that comes along with some of the other electrolyte products. As a former D1 collegiate athlete and doctor in training, I can say this product mostly has what you need to replenish. For comparison, my other preferred hydration before competitions or after intense prolonged strenuous physical activity (>2 hrs duration), when I know I'm dehydrated (and feeling it) is Pedialyte (= superior to big brand "sport" drinks). Though the ingredients are not identical they're close. What is noticeable in both of these products is the absence of added water-soluble vitamins (for example B vitamins). This is added fluff by other companies and in most cases entirely unnecessary for probably the majority of people contemplating this product. Yes, vitamin deficiencies are real, but if you're looking at this product (which isn't the cheapest), exercise regularly, and try to eat a balanced diet, chances are you lack deficiencies because of your other life choices. Even if you did have a deficiency, your sport rehydration product shouldn't be your response to correcting them, but that's a different topic. If you need neon pee to feel like you got your money's worth pick another product, but if you want solid hydration that tastes great to supplement your water intake and diet, this product is a great choice. DISCLAIMER: these are strictly my opinions based on experience and research, and are not meant to be taken as professional medical advice regarding your dietary supplemental intake choices.

100% results as described!
I work outdoors, in extreme heat all summer. I’ve tried everything else. After drinking 4-6 12pz water bottles with this after working for 5 hours I do not feel washed out, worn out etc. clothes soaked from sweat, head to toe, doesn’t matter! A slight cherry taste but nowhere near overpowering. Purchased multiple times! Also great, when sick. Helps to replenish your electrolytes way quicker then pedialite, water etc

Best Flavor!
I’ve been getting Skratch for over 5 years now and it never disappoints! All flavors are good but my fav has always been the fruit punch.

Expensive but good buy
As an EMT during 12-36 hour shifts of sitting/working my muscles tend to tighten and twitch. I’d get brain fog/head aches and decided I was probably dehydrated so I tried this brand. Taste: fruit punch. Very weak but sweet flavor. Blind taste test i wouldn’t be able to tell you what I was tasting. It’s like sweet water?? Not bad though. I recommend. I will be trying other products from this brand. I like how it’s natural and no added crap.

Great for hydration and headaches
This stuff works really well! Very hydrating. It also works to get rid of headaches, which I learned recently is often due to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

Maybe sachets would be a good idea
It might work. It seems like the sugars are a different granular size because the first few scoops were very sweet. I'm about halfway through the bag and it is basically flavorless and I'm not sure it is really doing anything. The sugars had more of an affect on my performance than anything else.

I hate artificial sweeteners and stevia with a passion. This powder has real sugar and tastes good. I use it when I fly to stay hydrated - about a scoop and a half to a litre of water. Also, helps me drink more water in general. It was recommended to my cousin during pregnancy sickness by a doctor in the ER, so that says something.

Not sure how to describe this. Product is a white powder as expected. However has no taste whatsoever. Normally a hydration drink with a salt dose advertised on the package has some salty taste. This product is invisible in terms of taste. Let me put it this way. Take a glass of water and a glass of water with this and you could not tell the difference. For the price I expected more. I think it is possible the claims on the package are not real and we are getting scammed.

Tried this as a replacement for energy bars and gummies on long bike rides in hot, humid conditions, when maintaining hydration is a challenge. Also experimented with GU Roctane, a similar isotonic powder. I find Skratch to be overly sweet in the recommended concentration, so I reduce it by about 25% to make it more palatable on hot days when I need to drink constantly. As nutrition/hydration it seems to work well at about one large cycling bottle/hr and when followed by plain water for second hour. By comparison, GU is less sweet and goes down easier. I’ll probably stick with GU for the hottest days and use Skratch for shorter winter rides when a little extra sugar kick is easier to take.
