Stainless Steel Dough Hook

Works well but really no better than the plastic add-on paddle. It is functional and one solid piece of nicely finished metal....For new Bosch owners , the plastic add-on paddle or this product greatly improve the Bosch performance!!!

A big improvement on the plastic version that came with my Nutrimill. This is solid and does the job!

The Bosch is amazing for big batch mixing. But when you just want to do a single loaf of bread, not so much. This dough hook improves that so much. I'm really happy with it. It's still not PERFECT. But it's a big leap forward. If you want to use your Bosch for big batches AND small batches? This will make you so happy.

I got this to use with my Nutrimill Artiste mixer. I like that it's all solid stainless steel. I used it yesterday to make dinner rolls. Loved it. A perfect new addition to my already perfect Artiste mixer.

My original Bosch dough hook was fine for quite a while, but after many trips through the dishwasher the aluminum protective coating had worn off and I was getting oxidized aluminum on my fingers and in the dough.This is SUCH an improvement! My first batch turned out great and I think it is easier to clean (no dishwasher). The style modifications get down into the dough better.

I bought this as a replacement for my Bosch mixer that is over 30 years old. The original dough hook broke. This one is better, less expensive than the Bosch replacement, and solid stainless steel in contrast to the Bosch, which has aluminum alloy parts. Therefore this one can be run through the dishwasher.

I bought this to replace plastic versions. Much improved.

A little pricey but it can go into the dishwasher which my original Bosch dough hook could not. Fits my older model Bosch Universal perfectly.
