Normally I don't leave reviews, but this is a nice mouse.
The Satechi M1 Wireless Bluetooth works right out of the box with both Mac and Windows, it only requires pairing. The best feature is its looong battery life and short changing time. Personally I think it has an elegant, compact design with a pleasant feel to the its wheel and responsiveness to motion, but that is a matter of opinion, and, if you have very large hands, you might find it rather on the small side. Cheap for a Mac mouse, expensive for a Windows mouse. Very satisfied initially with my purchase, it feels well made and sturdy.

Superior Quality
I just got a new MacBook M1 Pro 2021 and wanted a new mouse for it. Right out of the box I just flipped the switch on the bottom, searched for it in my Bluetooth settings, and it was up and running perfectly. No connectivity issues. Came fully charged. It has been running consistently for three weeks and hasn't dropped beneath 85% power. It seems to recharge itself in sleep mode like some kind of perpetual energy machine. At this rate it may be six months before I have to plug it in to recharge. The material and craftsmanship of the body is top-notch. Aluminum body and perfect weight. Great reaction time and simplicity. Far superior to the Magic Mouse. Only con I can think of is, I wish it was perhaps a bit fatter and shapely. Prior I was using a Logitech mouse that fit the hand perfectly. But I'm already getting used to this more sleek beetle shape. Those accustomed to an Apple Magic Mouse will have no issue with it's ergonomics.

Quckly Became My Favorite Mouse
Love this mouse. It works perfectly with an M1 Ultra MacBook Pro - and I give it a workout. It is responsive, quality construction, and looks good on my desk. If you have big hands it may be on the small side. I'm a 9.5-10 ring size, and it is very comfortable for me; I can grip the sides, and arch my index finger over the top to click / scroll. I also use a larger Redragon Vampire Elite (which I also like), but for everyday use I prefer the Satechi M1. And it looks better!

A nice mouse over all, but it feels awkward in my hand
This Satechi M1 wireless mouse seems like a good value, and it connected seamlessly to my MacBook Air. It seems to work fine but, like some others who reviewed it, I find the size and shape a bit awkward. It is not as high as the Logitech mice I've used before, and the shape lacks curvature that conforms to my palm, cramping my hand a bit. There is also a seam near the front edge, right where my index finger wants to rest, in contrast with the smooth-surfaced Logitech mice. I'll probably get used to the way it feels, but it detracts a bit from my initial positive feelings about this mouse.

A simple mouse with a rechargeable battery at a reasonable price
A relatively small mouse with a rechargeable battery at a reasonable price. Can work for several months with one charge, but I imagine that that depends on how you use it. It is also good-looking, well priced, and seems to be well made. I purchased 3 Satechi mice in the past, one of them a few months ago. The other two worked well for at least 3 years. My experience with the Satechi keyboard or Mac mini hub was not that positive: those devices lasted less that an year and give me problems from the beginning. My experience with the mouse has been much better.

Twinning with Macbook Air Space Grey color.
This mouse feels solid. Works flawlessly once paired. Using it with Macbook Air, matches the space grey color. You pay for something premium and definitely getting something premium. Excellent build and quality. Easy to pair and easy to charge. Battery lasts long that I can't even track hours of use.

Not Long Lived
Initially great, and did everything I need it to. But not long-lasting and impossible to user service. Initially this was great. I bought it because I was forever running out of batteries (and forgetting to bring spares) and being stranded without a mouse for long periods of time. This one is bluetooth, has a decent battery life, but also has a USB charging port at the northern end of it. I always have a charging cable, or access to one, so this is great-- plug the charging cable to the mouse and laptop, and I can still use it while it charges up. Aside from that, the bluetooth worked well, the construction seemed high quality, etc. However. The longer I've had it, the more it degrades. The mouse experiences weird random moments where it freezes, for no reason I understand. Maybe it is going into power conservation mode too soon, I don't know. It's annoying. But worse, the mouse wheel (as mouse wheels will) probably has some grunge or crud in it, because it's becoming completely unreliable. Not non-responsive, but sending increasingly random signals to the laptop-- sometimes it will wildly overshoot, sometimes it will stutter between backward and forward motion, etc. If there is a way to open this thing up to clean it without breaking it) I have yet to find it. The three-second freezes, I could deal with. The mouse wheel, though, is swiftly turning this into a piece of junk for me.

Inexpensive Magic Mouse alternative. Great for when your magic mouse is charging.
At this price, after seeing a couple of detailed reviews in Tech websites, I figured it was worth a try, and it was. For me, the Apple Magic Mouse is absolutely the perfect pointing device for my desktop use. But I am notorious for forgetting to charge my Magic Mouse until it is virtually dead and having this on hand makes that error less painful. It’s not perfect nor as capable as the Apple product, but works just fine; cheap, smooth adjustable and compact. Its charging port is much more logically located as well, by the way. A good investment as a second or perhaps a travel mouse if unlike me, you remember to charge yours when it gets low.

I could not get along with the trackpad on the Dell laptop my work had issued me. Therefore I was looking for a mouse that was still a normal size, light, easy to setup and not too expensive. This Satechi mouse met all the above, plus it's quite stylish too. Some travel friendly mice are a bit too small and can be quite uncomfortable to use after a bit of use. A full charge lasts a long time, the USB-C connection is hidden quite nicely. And if you do need to pair with another computer, it's as simple as pressing the button underneath the mouse. I would highly recommend this mouse by Satechi!

Could have better resolution sometimes. Buttons too far up on the ridge. Too small in size if you got big hands. Wheel works very good. Smart charger connection, so you can still use it. You can go far fully charged i.e.

Fairly inexpensive with aluminum body, small form factor (works great with smaller hands), and connects to my Macbook Pro Max with no hassles. It has a more comfortable feel in use than my old Apple mouse. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

Although not identical to original Apple Magic Mouse, the Satechi Aluminium M1 Mouse is a good alternative. It replaces the touch surface navigation with a very sturdy scroll-wheel and two buttons. The built and form factor are very good. Although costlier than other-non-Apple mouse it is better alternative.
