Such a great little kitchen! It also comes with a little toaster with bread in it (the toast is not removable) and a tea kettle, which aren’t pictured, so that was a nice bonus! Also the refrigerator door has two little milk bottles in it (also not removable). The whole kitchen ended up fitting perfectly in my sons Kidkraft Everyday Heroes Playset house that he got for Christmas. I wanted to expand on the furniture that the house comes with because he really loves imaginary play, and this fit the bill! Great price, it’s so well made and there are plenty of shelves for storing little accessories. I’ve added pictures that show the details I wish I could’ve seen when reading reviews, so I hope this helps anyone considering the set! It’s great!

I bought this kitchen set to go into a "troll house" I recently made for my niece. The kitchen set is made from solid wood and the opening doors make this addition very cute (and the thick wood construction makes it perfect for rough play). However I noticed that the oven door would not remain closed. You would think that a company priding themselves on the quality of their toys might add a small magnet to keep this from happening (we fixed the problem with a little bit of Velcro---not a big deal, but still). Also the drawers beneath the table were not fitted properly and were so loose they were constantly falling out. Unfortunately those drawers are the perfect size to get lost or choked on. Finally I got so irritated I used some wood glue to keep them in place. Again this wasn't a big deal but it was a bit annoying. On the whole this was a decent dollhouse set but just be ready to make a few minor adjustments. If you don't want to do any "tinkering" then I suggest you use a different brand.

I could not be more pleased. I acquired a beautiful handmade doll house, but it did not have any furniture. My 4 grandchildren are under 4, so I knew the delicate furniture I have always seen in these doll houses would not survive! I was thrilled to find this brand made to play with! It came last night and I had so much fun taking it out and putting it in the house. Three of my grand kids will be here today, and I can hardly wait! My other grandson will he here mid May, and he is a ponderer and a thinker....he will love looking ...feeling....stacking.....the girls will love the family....one tickled Grandee here! Five stars plus for this toy!

I gave both my daughters my old dollhouse for Christmas. My 3 year old picked out this furniture (her favorite color is blue so I think that is why this one was a winner). She loves it, and it has made the dollhouse a beloved toy again. There are two very small pieces (kettle and toaster) that must be kept away from the one year old. And while I admit this furniture doesn't quite look like what I pictures in my head it is very sturdy and will probably still look perfect in several years. And with toddlers that is very important because I don't want to buy new furniture for when the one year old is big enough to enjoy it.

Got this for my little one's Ryan's Room doll house. I also ordered the KidKraft Family Set. I love the size of this furniture, it fits perfectly with the dolls and in the house. The colors are bright. The smaller toaster and tea pot are small, but not as small as I expected. I was really surprised with the quality of these pieces. This was the first set I bought. The doors are not flimsy, the handles are plastic and "might" break but overall the large piece shouldn't. Cannot wait to order more of these sets!

I love this line of doll house furnishings by Plan Toy. They are a bit crude in finish and design, but you don't want little kids playing with finely made toys which cost a fortune and will get destroyed. The only problem we had with this set was that the fridge is too tall to fit in the kitchen of our Hape Happy Family dollhouse. (I guess that hubby will have to chop off the bottom for me and shorten it so it will fit.)

Most folks buy products made by Plan Toys because they are 1) environmentally friendly (replenishable wood and vegetable dye paint) and 2) well crafted and durable. This kitchen set meets all expectations and is a nice addition to the doll house (we have the Plan Toys Victorian). Yes there are sets out there with exquisite detailing but I like it clean and simple.Nice details are (2) fixed milk bottles in the fridge, and a free moving toaster (with toast) and kettle.I was not too surprised to see this very kitchen set (as well as other Plan Toys rooms) at the Brooklyn Children's Museum in an architectural play area suffering constant abuse by a never-ending queue of hyper kids. All the pieces were intact.

Great quality and durability! My three year old has yet to break any of the pieces of furniture from Plan Toys. She had gotten the Melissa and Doug nursery set previously and managed to break all the pieces rather quickly. I think that set would be okay for older kids but the Plan Toys furniture is great for little hands and kids that like to try to deconstruct everything!

Bought to replace a lost doll's house kitchen and preferred this to the original one. Great detail, lots of little cupboards to open and close, great fun, sturdy, nicely made.

well made, sturdy dolls house furniture. Loved by all who play with it. Early days yet but appers to be built to last.

This is a good quality product and well made. We are anticipating years of fun playing with it! We like the colour scheme.
