I purchased the Autel MP808K to self diagnose the issues on my old car a 1998 Honda Accord, the issues that came up did not make sense to fix, so I picked up a 2004 Infiniti G35 Sedan. And this tool gave me every detail. This tool has Bi-directional control so you can perform active tests on the car to make sure that this are working properly. It’s so feature packed that I can’t put them all on this review, Another feature that I love is that you can email yourself the PDF report of the diagnostic and then print it. It is so easy to operate and the menu is straight forward. Doesn’t take too long to get used to it.This is for me the best investment I have made and the price is unbeatable for what this diagnostic tool does. Not having a tool like this is like going to a local mechanic and them guessing what the issue is and the car is still not fixed, which has happened to me and my friends before. I highly recommend this tool as it is built to last, as well as any of Autel’s lineup, they make excellent quality tools.

This unit comes in two cases, but if you are using it for your own vehicle, you wont have to carry them both around, as the main unit case has room for charging cable and the adapter you need for your car. In a shop like mine, the others are close at hand, but the case they come in is nice, the adapters are all locked in place, and marked very well. This unit allows for what I think to be, every possible test on the vehicle you connect, that is possible. It also has WiFi capability, so I updated everything as soon as I got logged in. You should plan on that taking a little while, as there are a lot of vehicles in this system It works great, does every test imaginable, and is especially useful on the Powerstroke diesels I work on, as it can do the tests I need for cylinder balance and glow plug functions. I also found that you can test all of your gauges on the dash, and calibrate them. I had read that, but it didnt occur to me until I went through the tablet and worked through the various screens and tests. If you need diagnostic tools, this one really looks like a better value than those "tool truck" models that cost a lot more. I will be recommending this one to the guys I know doing diesel work, and a couple of foreign car buddies too. Great Value and great device, I would but this one again if I was able to damage it, but the case is pretty sturdy and easy to grip as well, so this should last me a good long time. Thanks !!

The seller is wonderful! I emailed to gather information about particular scan tool capabilities overall and with my specific vehicles. I needed certain reset/relearn capabilities so asked before buying. The seller was VERY prompt in replying and provided complete and accurate information. I could not be happier with the experience.As for the tool, it is also wonderful. It does everything a full service garage would need and far more than a DIY would require. It displays the mode $06 live data including things like misfire counts etc where other tools do not.This is actually more capable and has more features than I need. It does support all the special functions that I need so I cannot go with a lesser unit. Although this is a lot of money, it is actually cheaper than other models I have seen.The initial software updates take a long time, many hours. There does seem to be a delay between the time when you register the tool and the time that updates are possible. It all works well, just note that there may be a small initial delay. Once it started, it was flawless.Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again.

This scanner has a lot of great features for its price range. If your an person that likes to fix your own vehicles at home, this tool will be very valuable and can easily pay for itself in just one repair. Pro shops would find value in having this scanner for a majority of the problems they see day to day with most vehicles. Would be great to have so that multiple mechanics could have their own. Operating system and software are easy to navigate and understand. Updating is straight forward. Construction of the tablet is high quality. Case is well made and protects the tool good. Within the first week I corrected throttle idle issue on one of my cars, did a full system check for preventive maintenance on one of my newer cars, and helped diagnose a rich condition on a friends truck.

Works great for diagnosing and trouble shooting car problems.
