Very glittery! Only downside is it gums up pretty easily

Let dry 4 hours. Fabric can be washed (inside out) after 72 hours.

Would this work if I sprayed it on top of a printed design on a custom sweatshirt?

Absolutely! Tulip Glitter Spray Paint is a great way to add a little sparkle to your fabric project and dries permanently and is machine washable. Be sure to allow the product to fully dry before washing and I would recommend washing on gentle cycle and then hang dry.
