Directly plugs into my Cisco IP phone on my desk and frees my hands to type as a I talk. Brilliant. Only issue is: they kind of want to slide off my head forward. Not entirely adjustable--maybe that's a clamping issue? But overall, delighted by them and other people in my office want the link. So, that's gotta be something.

Love these! Great sound, great microphone even for an audiophile like me. One MAJOR gripe: the swivel connettion from the earpiece to the band is super fragile. Had 3x of these over the last ~6 years, and have had to re-glue that together on each one after ~6 months of typical office use.

These headphones work really well, no issues with people understanding you or you understanding them

I have one of these I use for work. Today I was sitting here at the desk and the part where the earpiece connects to the headband broke. Small pieces of plastic in my lap and got stabbed in the size of the head and ear from the sharp edge where it broke off. I am not rough with these. I sit at a desk and take calls. I put it on for calls, take it off to leave the desk. There is absolutely no reason for this headset to have snapped like this.

I’ve tried a lot of headphones this Cisco one is by far the best. It works soooo well with other Cisco devices. If you buy random headsets you can run into a bunch of issues. Don’t risk it. These are high quality you get what you pay for!
