Excellent product. It works fast.

I managed to do a minor sprain of my wrist, and bruise a nerve, a couple of weeks ago. I tried 'no smell' creams with Trolamine Salicyate 10%, then I tried Lidocane 4% and then even wasted $40 on some CBD oil. I even tried them all together, not much help. Luckily I had some old Salonpas patches that helped with the pain a little. I found this cream while searching 'methyl salicylate', one of the main ingredients of the helpful patches. This cream's active ingredients is similar to the patches, but mostly at an increased ingredient % level. Long story short; I rubbed some of this cream into my wrist about three hours ago and after about 5 minutes the pain relief felt like I had gotten a Novocain shot in my wrist. The pain went way down to below annoying levels and has been there for several hours. Everyone is different, this worked great for me. If unsure, at the price it is worth a try for pain relief. The cream has a strong peppermint like smell, if you rub it in as indicated in the instructions, the strong smell dissipates after about 30 minutes. If you do not rub it in as in the directions, the smell will probably persist until your next shower. I am so glad I found this cream and hope I will never ever need it again. I do plan to keep a tube on hand just in case. ;)

Like it’s not a bad product. I’m only giving it three stars because well is just been gay in a really cool looking tube. I guess warm I didn’t really notice anything spectacular different or anything that would make me sing any type of praise, I guess the good news is that the smell isn’t as strong as other brands. But hey to each their own,my pain is not your pain. Your pain is not my pain. Just my opinion, but you know what they say about opinions……

I just received this last night, took a bath and put it on.... and was knocked out! This is powerful--4% Camphor, 10% Menthol, and 30% Methyl Salicylate. I don't know how this is over the counter but glad that it is.
