A Sturdy Machine for the Price
It appears to be sturdy and well made. I've only used it once so far and it performed really well, liquidising a large saucepanful of 1.5 kg cooked carrot and stock in less than the one minute recommended maximum run time. It was easy to clean. It has a variable speed control but I usually stick with one speed for most jobs (mostly making soup). If it lasts for the 10 years that its predecessor did I'll be well pleased. So far I'd say it's good value for money.

Good blender but bowl broke so quickly!
The blender is good but the bowl broke after 2 months! It got a crack so I decided not to use it anymore... its a bit disappointing but all the rest is good. The blender is easy to clean and assemble. Perfect for creamy soups or mashed potatoes.

Quiet but powerful. The blade housing is a bit thinner than I expected, but I'm happy overall with the quality. The mixing jug has a well fitting lid which is very useful.

had to wait two days even with prime and the box was split and there was no packaging at all so if it was to be a gift this is not good in my case as it was for me ok. unit looks ok yet to use just checked it worked ok.

Blends beautifully. Though quite heavy
This blends beautifully. I use it a lot during the week for soups. It is very powerful. We'll see how long it lasts. Initially the body did feel like it was heating up. So I use shorter bursts. It is quite heavy though which is challenging if you you experience chronic fatigue. I'm still very pleased.
