Works; Can Adjust without opening
These work with the the Torchstar lighting system. They're plugged right in between the power supply and the switch. I did have to shave back some of the socket housing a bit so that it would be a snug fit. You no longer have to take the back off to adjust the time setting as they put a hole in the back for you to get to the potentiometer. I didn't realize that and thought the potentiometer was a screw to take the back off. I'm sure I broke it. That was user error. But it still works very well. I think I probably now have it set to the maximum time which is somewhere around 6 minutes.

Doesn't work - Piece of Trash
Complete piece of trash. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS. This unit will not shut off. It stays on 24/7. It's build quality is trash and is nothing I'd trust. Please find a more reliable solution and avoid this unit.

It worked fine out of package with the preset default delay within the specs. I purchased this because it was stated as adjustable delay from 2 seconds to whatever, I forget, but out of package it was 20 seconds. When I popped the back off to turn the pot down closer to the 2 second interval the delay bounced all over the place randomly. I would say it is just cheap and even though it says it is adjustable, to not mess with it. As is, it is what you get and it probably would have worked. Four stars would have been generous, but three is fair. The product works but they don't really expect you to adjust it. I'll take away the generous star because if you advertise the adjustment it ought to work. The next week I purchased the sensky, it cost a couple dollars more, but it did come in a retail package, rather than in plain baggy. I would guess it was probably a "second" since there are many variations listed on amazon and many prices. Most products have the same description with only slight differences in the specs. One of the products does say to not set at minimum delay because it will malfunction, so I gave one star back because it might have been this product, so I'll take fault and not return. It still works and i'll rebuild it later with a better part.I'm not knocking this product, but i did expect a little better out of this since supernight is billed as the bestselling on amazon in many of the LED components. It works, but just wasn't reliable for adjustment. If you want a simple motion detector switch to fire up an LED project and at the pricepoint by all means, buy this with out hesitation. If you want something that has reliable delay spend a little more, but read the reviews and compare those to what the specs advertise before purchasing.

I have it set in a way that it activates when a door is opened so I don't have a good range estimate
A cheap, simple way to add motion sensing to LED lighting. I plugged it in, stuck it on the wall, and when I walk into the closet, the lights come on. It doesn't get much simpler. Now, this is DC and it's plugged to work with LED light strips and the sort. If that's what you're looking for, you're in luck. I have it set in a way that it activates when a door is opened so I don't have a good range estimate. It automatically shuts the lights off after 15-16 seconds of no motion. Neither delay nor proximity are adjustable. It's really just plug-and-play and that's fine for my needs.

Good Enough with Limitations
These seem to do the job with limits. When powering over 10 meters this motion sensor caused a pulsing of the lights. It's weird and made me wonder if I was seeing things.I had one fail to turn off/timeout while I was trying to test the timeout duration. I left the case off to adjust the timeout but the switch didn't work properly without the case. When I only want a < 5 minute timeout and am not trying to run too many LED strips, these sensors work fine but be sure you test with the case on or you may not get great results. I prefer Coromose Automatic Infrared PIR Motion Sensor if I can't meet these constraints.
