Very handy Japanese seasoning!
It comes in two large sachets (60g each) so it might be a bit fiddly if you use it in small quantities (which is usually the case as the recommended amount is 4g per 600mL water). But as long as it’s kept in a vacuum environment or kept dry, it will be a good seasoning for most of your Japanese style cooking such as soba sauce and udons!

Packages looks slightly different from what I get in Singapore. Hope it taste just as umami.Price is rather steep (2.5×) but hell... this is UK price for Asian food. Can't complaint.
