My hitch arrived alot quicker than they said it would . I was able to install it myself with a little help from a floor jack. I did run a 12x1.75 tap thru the threaded holes in my frame to make things go easier. Everything went great ..all the holes lined up perfectly. This hitch is made very sturdy and weighs more than the other name brand hitches, that was 1 of the deciding factors on me purchasing it .. I was able to cut out the removable plastic trim panel in my bumper apron to make a nice neat appearance. the main part of the hitch stays hidden , only the reciever shows ..and they give you a nice rubber cover to hide that hole also . very pleased with every aspect of this product ..and would recommend it to any one

Well designed system, at least for my 2013 Chevy Equinox. Installed it myself in an afternoon, probably only takes an hour with 2 people and the right tools & skill, but even alone it was manageable. Was pulling a U-Haul the next day, still attached when we arrived ;-) As several videos mention, hardest part is feeding nuts & washers into a couple of tight areas; some modify the process or grind holes in the bumper, I just MacGuyvered a longer lead on the provided fish wire for the nuts, worked fine. I also had to re-tap several of the welded frame nuts on the vehicle since they're 7 years old and a rusted mess (I live in road salt country), not a design flaw just an older vehicle, so be aware this is a possibility. That's what took most of the time. Several YouTube videos were a huge help, especially with tips, tricks, and hacks. Not a job for bumblers, but any competent DIY weekend warrior can mange it. Have a second person help you lift hitch into place, not easily done alone. Remember the wiring harness, and a tongue & ball if you don't already have them.

Works great, but a bit of a hassle to install. Watch videos and call them if needed, don't guess it and have to order replacement install tools.

Everything fit and lined up as expected.

I ordered this on a Saturday, Amazon said it would take over a week to arrive. It was shipped on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. Husband installed in under an hour. Reason I purchased this instead of a different one, these are made by a US family owned business. I wanted to help support the little guy instead of the big business, thank you for making a quality product. The only thing that would be helpful would be to include a longer wire screw snake as it was too short, hubby attached another piece of wire to it so he could get this installed. I would recommend this brand to others and in the future would purchase from them again.

Holes didn't exactly line up with my 2016 GMC Terrain on the frame. It took a lot of work to get the holes to line up. Even with the bolts left loose under the center fastners an the end fastners the one's on the side of the frame didn't line up. It required drilling out the holes.

The wire screw snake was too short to reach hole and upper mounting holes not as described.

I disliked nothing, however I liked everything
