Not the advertised product
Instead of an Imation F200+Bio, I got an MXI Stealth MXP Bio, not sure if gen1 or gen2. Works and got logged into it and accounts set up, BUT it is NOT an Imation IronKey F200 product. It is it's predecessor, from a different company and 1-2 generations older product. It is a FIPS level product. It appears to have a plastic cover, not the metal IronKey is known for, and is specified in the product description. (This is typical of the MXI made product, not the Imation IronKey series.) It is clearly labelled "by MXI Security" NOT Imation as in the advertised picture and text!

Two Thumbs Down
Doesn't work well on Mac and the update feature is unusable. Pinged tech support multiple times to no avail. The instructions they gave me did not work and I am left with a dated version of their products firmware. I am a CISO and would not recommend this for multiuser deployment or even personal use at this point.

hardware failure, would not read finger print, talked to Imation technicians who acknowledged error code as hardware failure, all data unrecoverable and lost.
