I usually buy expensive skincare, and don’t typically go for “drugstore” brands. BUT!!! I gave this one a chance, AND GUYS, it works SO WELL!! I’ve been using this for 2 years now, annd apply it before moisturizer morning + evening, and it dries out those pesky raised/juicy pimples soooo fast. I just wish it came in a bigger size since it’s a small tube and I go through it so quickly (the box could easily fit 2 tubes) 🥲Make sure to apply moisturizer on top though otherwise your skin will get really dry and flaky! It stings a bit, so avoid putting it on like an open wound, wait for it to heal a lil and then put it on the pimple (otherwise it’s gonna burn).

I bought this previously for the occasional pimple but then started using Squalene oil as a face moisturizer in October of last year and didn't see another pimple. However, I left for a long road trip at the start of the year and had run out of the moisturizer so I switched to Cera-Ve. Worst choice ever! I think it's because it has sunscreen in it. Within a couple weeks of switching, I ended up with 5-6 pimples on my face at once--I think the most I've ever had.RED AND PEELINGLuckily I brought this spot treatment with me. Using it one or two days in a row worked on some, but there was a persistent one above my left eye that I applied it a few times a day for a day or two. I think I wasn't putting enough product on in a single application, you have to coat the area. Because I wasn't using enough each time, I had to prolong my use of this and it did cause my skin to turn red, but the pimple went away. Two days later, with no moisturizer (and I tend to have dryer skin), the skin painlessly peeled/flaked off that small spot and there was no sign of acne there anymore.A similar thing happened under my right eye where I had a persistent pimple. I applied the product a bit more heavily there and it disappeared within a day or two. There was a bit of redness left behind, and I have some what sensitive skin, but the skin just flaked off that little spot too and there is no evidence I had a pimple at all! I still have a few on my chin because I stopped using the product only because the redness it was causing scared me. However, now that I've seen that the peeling is temporary and painless, I will use this again today to get rid of those last few pimples. Great news because I have plans this weekend!MY ADVICEBecause this product works, I ordered the three-part Advantage system with cleaner, treatment, and moisturizer and it should be in today. Overall, very happy with it, but if you have a stubborn pimple, I would make sure you're fully coating it when you apply this and if you have very sensitive skin, maybe don't apply it two or three times in a row like I did. With that said, my skin did clear within 48 hours and my pimples otherwise may have lingered for a week or more, so what more could you want?By the way, I didn't notice a fragrance...

This product truly amazes me! After getting horrible acne that refused to go away a few months ago, I became a little desperate. I started doing everything from washing my face often to using acne soaps and creams from my local beauty store to some home remedies I had heard about etc, but nothing worked. I was even thinking about ordering one of those fancy-ad products (you know the one I'm talking about) until I read somewhere that it is not the best product for African American Skin. A friend of mine then told me the wonders that Clean & Clear did for her acne and post acne marks (dark spot remover) and so, I decided to try this one after doing some research.Even after what my friend had told me and reading all of the great reviews about this product, I was still a bit skeptical because... Well, how many of us trust products that claim to work this fast??? But, I decided that I had nothing to lose and ordered it on Amazon.com. After placing my order, I read some more reviews and then became a little impatient waiting for it to arrive in the mail (told you I was desperate). So, I went to Walmart and bought the same one for about the same price and I tried it the same day.I first applied it on the problem areas on my face at about 9AM that day, washed it off after 30 minutes and reapplied it. I did this three times that day, left the last batch on my face and went to sleep (I work overnight). I kid you not, when I woke up around 8PM that night, I had already started seeing results. My acne started dissolving that same day.It has now been 6 days since I've been using this product and my acne is almost completely gone. I'm still on the tube I bought from Walmart and I will save the one I got from Amazon for later use if I ever need it. I am now going to purchase the dark spot remover and I'm hoping for the same results.I definitely recommend this product!JC

This is one of my favorite spot treatment. I have ordered this a few times and buy it whenever I see it in stores. It is hard to find in stores nowadays, but this is offered at a great price in amazon.This has a great formulation and stops the acne/zits from enlarging. This spot treatment decreases the size of my zits within a few hours (in my case it takes a few days for the zits to disappear depending on the size, although i wish it just took one application and just a day for my acne to disappear with this product).

Not very effective. Previous formula was more effective. Did not even Reduce pimple size.
