Bought to make Black Forest Gateau
Havenāt used this yet, so having it guarded by Securicor as this very small bottle cost Ā£35!!!

Good, full-strength Kirsh.
Good Kirsch - definitely cherry flavoured and just as good as the brand that has been discontinued that I used to buy for baking from the supermarket. Makes excellent maraschino cherries and adds that depth and kick to cherry frangipane tart. I would like it even better if it were a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for!
