Melissa's Fresh Blood Oranges (4 lbs.)

These Blood Oranges are absolutely delicious, and they arrived fresh! I usually have one every day. When I start to run low I will order more of Melissa's Fresh Blood Oranges!

I ordered them as a gift. Oranges were just tossed in the box not carefully packed. They were mushy and they were not pure blood oranges. They seem to be a cross between naval and blood oranges. Usually blood oranges are solid red. These have streaks of red. Very disappointed in them would appreciate a refund. I can’t send them back. Each

I love blood oranges. I hate waiting all year until their brief window arrives, and usually I can find them locally...but not this year. No one had them. So I went with ordering from Melissa's. I am not sorry I did. Melissa's oranges came from California, not overseas somewhere, and were SO very good. They shipped extremely fast and arrived well packaged. If you've never had blood oranges; you're missing out. Generally not too different from regular oranges, often more tart and with a richer, more complex flavor hinting at raspberry. They also have even more vitamins and are extremely rich in antioxidants. I'll just order from Melissa's again next year to be certain of getting my yearly fix!

I had never tried a blood orange before so I was looking forward to trying them. When they arrived in the box I rushed to open it, but when i did I noticed they looked old and when I squeezed them a little I could tell they were dry. So I cut a couple open and they were I tried one anyway and it had no flavor and it was dry. I’m not one to return or complain so I unfortunately just cut them all open and none were good so I just got rid of them which makes me disappointed because like I said I had never tried them so I was excited and I had heard they were good and I hate throwing away food but I really had no choice! I wish I had a better outcome. 😞

Oranges are good. The packaging though could have been better. It was just paper wrapping the oranges in the box.

Poor quality. Out of 7, 3 had been mushed by delivery date. I can only hope the other 4 Won't soften anymore in the refrigerator. I would not recommend buying these unless they do express delivery.

I have ordered these twice now to use for a blood orange margarita I make, and my 10 year loves them. No sourness, great flavor. A little pricey for oranges, but they are out of season in my area, so worth it to me. Quick shipping. I'm happy!
