Pretty powerful pain rel.ief. I use these in combo with 4% lidocaine patches. They do have quite an odor - not unpleasant but certainly strong. VERY strong adhesive

I have used these for many years and absolutely love them. They ate effective and smell nice if you enjoy essential oils. As a martial arts school owner, a registered nurse and a lacrosse athletic trainer I recommend. They can be irritating to younger athletes' skin so don't leave on as long ( maybe 3 or 4 hours) as you would an an older child or adult.Older kid or adult.

I love these patches. First recommended to me by my acupuncturist. Great for sore back, anywhere you need a medicated pain patch.

I purchased these patches because the other kind I typically buy (Yunnan Baiyao) weren't available for sale at the time on Amazon. I bought these on a whim based on the other positive reviews, and just hoped for the best. For those who aren't familiar with this type of product, do know that they have a VERY potent smell. I personally don't mind it (it reminds me of my grandfather :P), but others around you WILL be able to detect it, so...this product is not for the self-conscious.I was surprised to find that each individually-packaged patch is a lot larger than I'd anticipated (3.9"x11", see enclosed photo)...it's more of a long strip than the typical rectangular patches that I'm accustomed to using. Since I have issues with my neck/shoulders, I actually cut the patch in half and used one on either side of my neck. This could be a little bothersome in those instances where I DON'T need such a large patch, because then you either have an excess amount plastered to you, or you have to cut off the excess and figure out a way to store it to keep it fresh. Other patches I've used before (namely, Salonpas) would start to peel off on their own after a couple of hours. Perhaps it's due to the larger size, but these stayed on pretty securely with minimal peeling.I used this product 2 days in a row the last time I was having neck problems. It sufficiently numbed the pain so I could continue with my day, but upon applying a fresh patch the next day (after removing the old one the night before and washing off any residue), it gave me a rash. I seem to have a tendency towards rashes with multiple days of use with these sorts of products in general, not just this one, so I wasn't surprised...I'm speculating that it's somewhat contingent upon the strength of the medicine in the product, as I consider Salonpas weaker and they don't give me a rash. I would honestly rather deal with a rash than the pain, so it's a bit of a trade-off.Hopefully I won't have so much neck pain that I'll have to go through these patches too quickly, but when I do run out, I'll probably buy another box of these if I still can't track down my familiar Yunnan Baiyao.

These are amazing! Takes the pain away immediately! Best pain relief I have found!

OMG ripped my skin off even with adding shea butter beforehand!!! These things are INSANELY STICKY! DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have skin allergies as well.

Will eliminate pain and reduce swelling from stains and sore muscles. Sticks on by itself. Can cut it down to size if needed. Will smell like a Chinese Eucalyptus incense combo… but a small price to pay.

These are so good! Super strong and penetrate very deep. Once they’re on they’re not going anywhere, to the point that you should be careful not to stick them on any hair or it’ll be painful to rip off. Comes in big sheets, individually wrapped for freshness, and can be cut smaller if needed.
