I worked in the supplement and fitness industries for 20 years and if I were making a pre workout myself this is roughly what I’d choose to make personally. Works well. A little more caffeine than I’d like as I try to do max 300mg a day but it gets the job done and tastes great. Efficacious doses of ingredients and love how NutraBio doesn’t do any proprietary blends and puts it all on the label including their proteins. Now that I am out of the industry NB is my brand of choice. Great company and products!

I've tried all the other Pre-Workouts on the market and I can honestly say this is the best formula ever! I even drink this on days I dont work out to give me long lasting energy while I'm at work.

The flavor of this is hard to match. The ONLY problem I have with this pre-workout is the caffeine amount. I probably take closer to a 3-4 of a scoop for myself. Any more and I get a pretty bad headache. Otherwise, it does its job!

I love the flavor blue raspberry, so I’m glad it’s an option! Very effective pre workout supplement. I definitely felt the harmless tingling sensation the container warns of. It does have a bit of a sour aftertaste, but that goes great with the blue raspberry flavor anyways. The container is sold by weight, so don’t be surprised when you see it’s only half filled brand new. The only negatives I can think of for this product: 1) Price - $2 per scoop 2) Foamy - Don’t shake it much at all, it foams up A LOT! 3) Dust Cloud - Definitely creates a cloud of dust when dumped into your bottle (very glad their protein doesn’t do this) If you can afford it I think it’s worth a shot! It’s definitely effective, and the negatives are minor besides price. I feel like they could make this a slightly better value. Wish they sold it in a larger size for a better price.

I've been taking preworkouts since original Jack3D came out in the early 2000's, including Jack3d, Napalm, Craze, Bullnox, all the old high-power banned ones. This one i will say, is very comparable for a modern age pre, a VERY quality product. I get by with half a scoop. The focus and clean mental stim on this is amazing, I feel the best one out there currently. All subjective, of course, but absolutely 2 thumbs up. First time I've tried a product from them, but credit to them for this baby.👍👍

Kinda gross favorite but that’s my fault for picking it to begin with ….but then it expired very fast even with the packet due to moisture making it congeal even tho I only opened it to use it a handful of times. :( wouldn’t reccomend for ppl who live in humid climate

Nutrabio rules, no BS no filler, ingredients are all clearly labeled and tested. Their stuff is a little expensive but it's worth it to me, knowing what's going in my body. The downside to this stuff is that it doesn't hit like some others. There is plenty caffeine and I can power thru workouts without even noticing I took pre, I just want to keep pushing and never get exhausted. With others there is always a strong itch and rush which eventually leads to a crash for me. I no longer get the rush (which I miss) but I also don't feel any side effects besides insane endurance when lifting. Good stuff if you're not looking to catch a buzz

First the bad: This transparent seeming company sneaks Splenda, or Sucralose, in as the last ingredient. An artificial sugar that does not get broken down by your body and might have adverse side effects. To me, the credibility of this company as the honest supplement company has been ruined. Just use sugar or Stevia instead of saving some pennies on production. Also it tastes awful, if i think about what I just gulped down I begin to feel nauseous. The good: It works... I'll still pay the same amount for something natural instead of Nutra Garbage any day. Update: I have tried another pre workout , pulse, and pulse gives me a better workout than I ever got with pre. It tastes better and does not have garbage in it.
