I have tried many back supports but they never worked . I am 120 pounds and 5’5” tall. The small fits perfectly. I have lower back pain and it is very severe at times. I am recovering from two stress fractures. I may wear the brace from 2 to 4 hours at the time. It does give me relief and also encourages me to bend from the hips. I like the support for the shoulders. As with all braces I do stop and readjust when needed. I am glad that I bought this particular brace . If you have back problems you know nothing is perfect but any relief is wonderful.

I think it works pretty well but it’s just confusing to use a bit. I get confused which way to put it on and how to tighten the straps. Other than that, it’s pretty comfortable to use.

The item is too small. I have stage 4 Cancer with upper back pain . I have put in some weight which is good but I can barely attach the bottom belt strap and when I do after walking it doesn’t stay on. I threw the package it came in away and emailed per instructions to the company but no reply yet. Is it possible for me to get a Medium size? Thank you, Richard Salzenstein

I need to wear this more than I do at the moment, but when I do wear it , it does alleviated my back pain and helps with the support without providing any unnecessary pressure, unlike some of the other products I tried. Very comfortable and easy to wear.

A few years ago I bought a posture corrector back brace that was easy to use and the build quality seemed great for the price. This one on the other hand, just feels flimsy. I was expecting in-place shoulder straps that you can simply adjust by pulling up and down(that’s how my other one was.) but this one is terrible. You have two shoulder flaps that cross on the back, and they meet at your belly, where you adjust it by moving the Velcro. I can already tell it’s going to slip. It doesn’t make your back feel as secure as I would want from a posture corrector back brace. Please stay away and invest in something easier to use

This is such a great help for my back. Size is perfect and as expected. Perfect if you're always on your feet like me. Especially when I am playing music, either standing up on guitar or sitting down on piano. Very comfortable and I often sleep with it and forget I'm wearing it. The only think I was disappointed is that I'm so skinny and I sometimes have to re-attach and re-adjust but that's due to my skinny nature. I highly recommend to people who are musicians and or in I.T. job and or sports.
