I know the knees are jointed because my daughter can pose the doll in a sitting position. I'm pretty sure the elbows bend because I think my daughter can make the doll shoot the arrow. You will love this doll!

Yes, there are 3 arrows that come out of the shaft. They can be shot from the functioning bow. However, for the Catching Fire Katniss doll, the arrows cannot be removed.
