I was looking for a rose extract to infuse flavor for Swiss merengue buttercream that I used as a filling for some rose flavored macarons. I had read a TON of reviews for so many different rose extracts being sold on Amazon. And I am so glad that I ended up ordering this one!! The prices vary widely on rose extracts and I feel that this one was a good value. Not too cheap but not too expensive. But the best thing about it is the beautiful flavor and aroma that it has. I’m glad I paid attention to a lot of the reviews that mention being careful not to add too much. I’m surprised that several reviews mention that they didn’t receive a dropper. Mine came nicely boxed in a glass bottle as well as a little glass dropper and a sprayer attachment! Those who mention using the dropper instead of pouring it into measuring spoons are correct. You’ve got better control and are less likely to add too much if you use the little dropper. I started out counting 10 drops then tasting, then adding in 10 more. I’d say 10 drops is probably around 1/8 of a teaspoon. I ended up using 50 drops. So roughly 3/4 tsp to a batch of Swiss merengue buttercream. I had also added some vanilla to it and I felt that it complimented the rose extract beautifully. Rose extract isn’t commonly used in American sweets, and the subtle flavor and aroma are a nice surprise! I think with this flavor it’s important not to use too much. So start with a very small amount and gradually add more if needed. Taking one bite leaves you with the flavor in your mouth of how a rose smells, in the nicest way, if that makes sense! After being so pleased with the rose extract, now I want to order the lavender extract too! I highly recommend this extract for the flavor, the quality, the value and that cute little glass dropper it comes with! It tastes exactly how I was hoping it would!! I highly recommend it!

This stuff is magnificent and hard if not impossible ro find elsewhere. It makes the most fantastic baked goods. We make Lavendar lemon muffins and lavender chocolate chip cookies. They're so unique and a fan favorite.

Deeeelish! I've been using this brand of oil for 4 years now and my customers love it for lavender lemonade. I would suggest looking into the gallon size if you're planning on using a lot because it is e.x.p.e.n.s.i.v.e.!!!

It's ok but I wish it had a dropper attached I always accidentally pour to much. The flavor is very strong to which I don't like do I will probably order a lavender syrup instead for my drinks.

Smells just like fresh picked roses! It imparts a delicious aroma and flavor. I like the dropper cap supplied on it, makes dispensing very accurate and easy. Product was will packaged and shipped very fast. This si the second time I’ve made this purchase, wont be my last. Highly recommend \.

I use this to flavor my iced tea. It's very strong so you don't need to use very much of it. It has a nice flavor.

A friend of mine introduced me to lavender extract. It is now a must have in my kitchen. Angel bakes lavender extract is phenomenal. Smells and tastes like lavender should.

The primary event is NOT lavender. It's overwhemingly alcohol, which i did not expect from something made with lavender oil. I will not be able to use this for what I intended it for.
