They're cable extensions, they work great and they look even better. I got these for $21 and they're worth every penny.

These dont work. My pc wont boot when installed in the 24 pin motherboard power and 6 pin cpu power (get a psu error beep code), display wont show if connected to 8 pin GPU power. Spend a little more for original product like cable mod or something else.
