Best peeler! Works amazingly well!

Works great on all different types of fruits and vegetables especially those with tough skins. The skins come off very cleanly and with little effort. It makes quick work of mangoes, squash, and potatoes...all things that my old peeler struggled with. And unlike my old stainless steel peeler which dulled over time, the Kyocera's ceramic blade always stays razor sharp. This has really become an indispensable kitchen tool for me now. Very pleased with this product. I am buying a couple more to give as gifts.

I bought this one last year, and it is still sharp and working well enough (i cook at least four days a week, so it is very frequently used). My previous peeler is not designed to be held this way, so i feel a little bit uncomfortable using it at the very beginning, but i get used to it very quickly. And also because the blade is ceramic, you don't need to worry about rusting and the blade doesn't get blunt over time. I believe it can be put into dishwasher, but i never tried that, as it is so easy to clean. I am very happy with this product, plus, it looks so beautiful, love the color!

A very nice peeler. It's sharp and peels very nicely. An only negative is it's durability. The plastic holding the ceramic blade is rather weak. It cracks at the edge. For the price, it's great. Could it be better? Yes, it can be. For the price, I'll probably buy more in future.

I received this peeler as a free gift with a purchase of knives 2 years ago. It is awesome and my kids love using it. Glides through everything. Yes, it is sharp and will nick the skin or a nail, but, so will paring knives! I love that it is rustproof. The white head is a little stained and has 1 nick, but still works great and just ordered a vertical bladed one for the kids to peel their carrots and cucs easier. Definitely worth the money, beats all of those clanky rusty metal ones.

About 6 months ago, I purchased a couple of ceramic kitchen knives. They are great!! When I saw this peeler, I was ready to try - I figured it was a perfect use for a ceramic blade. It is better than the normal, steel bladed peelers. Much sharper and very fast and easy to use. Based on my experience with the ceramic knifes, it will stay sharp forever! It is inexpensive, and you will rejoice when you use it.

The blade head tends to spin & the blades are a bit dull. It is useful but tedious to use base on these imperfections.

Esse produto é muito bom! Tinha um já a mais de 15 anos e quebrou (por mal uso meu) Comprei novamente e estou muito satisfeito. Permite descascar legumes e frutas tirando uma camada muito fina da casca, além de não precisar esforço nenhum, devido as suas laminas de cerâmica. Recomendo muito.

Definitiv ein gutes Produkt, das allen funktionalen Ansprüchen gerecht wird. Die Verarbeitung ist insbesondere beim Griff überwiegend gut. Der Preis scheint gerade so gerechtfertigt, aber günstig ist er nicht.

Funciona muy bien. Muy práctico.
