This product works fantastically. I regularly do long distance walks and on the rare occasions I feel cramp coming on I take a shot of Crampfix. It works mega fast and I now always keep one in my rucksack. Keep an eye on the use by date though as mine was just out!

Yes it tastes disgusting (vinegar and salt taste) but when the cramp sets in during a marathon you'll do anything to get through it. It took about half an hour for it to take effect, so during this time I also had a salt gel and sipped my electrolyte drink. I had about 3 squirts although I gagged on the last one and lost some!

The taste is very strong but ok. Sadly I had cramp when I consumed it and still had cramp 5 hours later. Based on that I’d have to say it didn’t work for me.

I've researched this and it's apparently very quick & good in stopping cramp. Luckily so far I haven't been afflicted by the leg cramps that slay me - howevet I've posted this to warn you to get the plastic wrapping off it in advance - it took me 5 minutes struggle to get the plastic wrap off the bottle and you don't want that when you're in the deep pain of cramp!
