Best griddle spatula hands down.
This item was recommended by popular griddle youtuber "The Flat Top King" after he tested a lot of spatulas on the griddle. I can agree this is a great spatula. It is not so thick so it has some slight bend in it, not so stiff, which is good to scoop stuff up or get under stuff. The lightness prevents fatigue from use. The plastic is durable and provides secure grip and the bend/angle is good. The length of the spatula is longer than others but I think its a great size. So happy with this purchase. I got 2. Glad I got these from the start.

New Star Foodservice 36336 Wood Handle Flexible Grill Turner/Spatula, 14.5-Inch; Non-Magnetic
Good spatula and turner. It's only slightly magnetic. so slight that a magnetic block or cutlery holder won't secure it.Great quality for the price point. It has some flex to it, yet sturdy enough to lift burgers, steaks, fish, squash and other vegetable, casserole, omelets, enchiladas, quesadilla, and such such things that require a long blade for lifting or turning. It's not sturdy enough for a good smash, except maybe at the heel of the blade. The handle is only about 4.5 inches, which may be a bit small in relation to the blade length and width. Some people may find this small handle awkward. However, those with smaller hands may find it easier to wield in the kitchen or at the grill.I prefer Dexter-Russell with their ferritic carbon steel for this type of thing. I picked this up as an inexpensive second spatula, and I was curious about it's flex and magnetism. It is stainless steel, but it's not magnetic ferritic-martensitic stainless steel. It has high nickel content and thus very low magnetism, i.e. it is austenitic stainless. Still a nice implement, if one can accept low magnetism and high nickel content. It will likely pit and corrode if washed in a dishwasher, so use mild soap wash by hand, and dry immediately. It will eventually corrode if left to air dry, or left dirty, or exposed to lengthy contact with salts, vinegar, citrus, and acid foods (like tomato, etc). Best to keep it clean and wash immediately after use.If you are thinking about keeping it on a magnetic cutlery block or holder, looks elsewhere. Otherwise, it's a good spatula at a really good price.

Good for All griddle needs
Perfect! I use it on my griddle to make omelets hamburgers. It feels like restaurant quality and it’s not a bad price. A-Z has some good items

Good buy
Pro grade, good construction. Would like to have seen it have a thicker handle and metal. But, for the price, it’s great to flip burgess on the grill

A griddle necessity
The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 of these. Definitely necessary for a griddle. Been using them since March in my Weber slate. They work great, make flipping easy unless it’s a really wide burger cause they aren’t very wide. Durable and holding up well so far. Not sure if they are dishwasher safe, I just hand wash them, the stainless is easy to clean. If you like to hang your tools then the only downfall of these would be there’s no hole in the handle. I’m sure one could be drilled if desired. Worth the money and would buy again and recommend to anyone needed an affordable and durable spatula.

Basic and Sturdy
Basic and sturdy turner. Not good to use on Teflon or ceramic surfaces, because it will scratch them. Great for steel, cast iron, grills and stainless steel.

Not what was expected
Purchased these for a friend, they are not as strong as needed, they are not firm metal.
