Very nice
Easy to install and use. My husband loves this. We bought 2 more for gator and car. Well made and fits perfectly in the truck, car, and on gator.

Doesn't work with a sight.
Great magnet for a pistol if you don't have a site on it. I bought this prior to getting the sight put on my glock 43x and it worked great however with a sight it won't rest in the cradle fully. No fault on the company or the product.

Not perfect but quite an innovation!
This is a relatively large hunk of plastic and magnet- Not really the best idea for a moving vehicle as inertial forces being what they are in a car crash?But mounting it in other home/office locations makes sense...and it will allow quick downward racking before presenting to load a "safe" chamber to hot.My sister was having trouble racking a slide so I put a small handle on it to pull back manually or shove it straight down on a stable surface edge like a desk or countertop and viola! Easy pistol rack!!So it is unique, versatile and may be indispensable to some.

Very weak magnet.. good idea, but they need stronger magnets.
The item description does not say how strong the magnet is as far as what it is rated for how much weight it can hold. Normaly this wouldn't be an issue. I purchased this magnet. Installed it pretty easily. But it will not hold up my firearm. I have a canik tp9 elite sc.. loaded with the 12rd magazine it weighs around 2.5 pounds. The magnet will not hold this.. soon as I take a turn in my truck. The gun falls down. If I hit my breaks. The gun falls down. If I accelerate the gun falls down. Walmart and harbor freight both sell stronger magnet mounts.. for cheaper. I'll have to replace it with a stronger magnet..

Magnet issues solved?
Got mine in may of 2025 and I read after I bought it all of the reviews and they all said it had weak magnets well when I got mine…… it was anything but weak this is a great mount would recommend
