Simply great!!!!
After running a half marathon, I took this and went have almost not muscle tiredness or pain. It is like a magic pill. Good one.

Improves recovery
My running recovery period is shortened when I take this, ofcourse when combined with my mobility and stretch exercises. This has definitely made a difference. I can run daily when I take this after a run. I’ve tried other BCAAs but this gives me better results.It’s pricey. But recommended.

It has a nice taste. And a good post workout product which is easy on the pocket. Total value for money.

Quantity of tablets in container.
Item was good. But contrary to having 20 tablets as claimed in description of item, it contained only 10 tablets. Unfortunately I have reordered item . I only hope previous mistake is not repeated.

Opened product
The product is great but this time it came opened with all tablets spilt in the plastic. Clearly the vendor is sent a opened bottle else the packaging from the company is very good.
