Hello, Most single homeopathic medicines are available in several dilutions. The letter indicates which dilution process was chosen, while the number indicates how many times that dilution process was used, and consequently, which symptoms the medicine is meant to treat. Will this work for dehydration body cramps? He takes pickle juice and it helps after about 20 mins he’s outside a lot and sweats everything out

Hydration leg cramps are caused by an imbalance in sodium, calcium, potassium or magnesium. Cuprum works within 5 -10 min for me, but not always all day fix. It doesn't contains all of the above. Suggestions are eating right: Sports drinks (for sodium), Bananas (potassium), Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Yogart & Nuts will help to replenish those. My Dad was in construction & during the hot months, He took salt tablets every night.

It works!

I try to live a holistic lifestyle. One of the things I do to ensure that is utilizing homeopathic remedies. I was getting married earlier this year and my stress level was to the roof. I had a really bad day, cramps all over

As soon as I got my order, I had a really bad day, cramps all over. They would move from one leg to another, to my arms and hands. It was an all day thing. I took two pellets at a time under my tongue and it seemed to stop the current cramp, but then I would get another somewhere else. I know I took 15+ over the course of the day. Didn't see anything about a daily limit. I did more research and discovered that my blood pressure and cholesterol medications can cause these cramps. Only problem is, I have been taking these meds for over 10 years? Don't understand why now?

Best muscle cramp remedy I've found

I used to get severe muscle cramps in my ribs and my calves. If I feel a cramp coming on, I take five of the Boiron Cuprum Metallicum 30c and it stops the cramp from happening. This is the best solution I've found for the leg cramps I would get while sleeping.
