Can you refill the garden hose bottles with the concentrate? I’m just trying avoid buying multiple garden house bottles (64oz model)?

No you can not. The spray bottles mentioned at the bottom and tiny text that they are not refillable. I tried and the internal hose broke off immediately. Also the concentrate is not as strong as what comes in these bottles. It's unfortunate because each of these bottles can sometimes run up to $20 each, and they only cover about 200 ft² of porous concrete. That being said, it does work well just need a more affordable option.

Will the run off rinse water kill the grass, or plants in the be where some water may run into the dirt?

I didn't have any problems with my grass or the flower bed below the front porch railing that I cleaned. I sprayed off the product with a good amount of water from my hose.

I have a rock yard, no grass, but I get some algea or something, will this kill that?
