I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a while, and one of the things that's helped me on the most painful days is pain relief patches. What I like is that I can place them right on my heel or the sole of my foot and feel localized relief without having to take so many pills.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love these patches! They are strong enough to stay on under socks and strong enough to actually penetrate my thick heels to dull the pain. I just wish they make a box of just the heel shaped ones!
