Weekly & Monthly PRO Planner

This is my first ever product review and I want to get this RIGHT, so I'll write the 'boring but necessary' bit first. This planner is larger than your average planner, yet it fits nicely in my backpack (about the same as UK A4 paper size). It's a thicker softback-type book. The pages are lovely and thick, high quality paper (important to me and anyone who appreciates a sharpie!) with TONS of writing space. The pocket on the back cover is thick too with a kind of fabric-y concertina (perfect to hold all my planner stickers, important documents, rogue post-it notes etc). My only 'grumble' is that unfortunately, the elastic on the cover to secure it shut pinged off fairly early in use. The thing is, I'm not marking you down for that, because I get to use a fancy bulldog clip instead! Finally, I picked the rose gold colour, and it is BEAUTIFUL. You have so many choices and I have earmarked the maroon one next... So anyway, now I'll fawn a bit. I don't mind telling you I've had a number of years (roughly 15) where, because of stuff, I have suffered a lot with depression, self-esteem, and I have been The Untidiest Human since I can remember. The medication I was on most recently played havoc with my short-term memory. I would never write things down, so as a result I was great at forgetting things (famously birthdays), setting appointments was a no-go and forget dates with mates and my husband! Basically, over the past year I started really helping myself and realising what I was putting myself through. Up until then, I didn't *want* to remember things. What was the point? I had tried for many years to journal in a regular old notebook, a fancy notebook, a napkin, on my laptop, in a week-to-2-pages format, ANYTHING to try and get everything out... and it never stuck. I lost motivation, I lost interest - again, what was the point? Until of course, in the most cheesy way possible, the Clever Fox Pro came about. I bought it in a bit of a Fancy Stationery Flurry because I wanted to treat myself and also see if this helped - I'd heard so many good things about it. First impressions: foxes are my most favourite animal so of course that was a selling point to me. I find comfort in shiny things and fancy stationery too - 2 more things on the list there! In the pocket at the back was a How-To Guide (I laughed at this at first - I can't even tell you how much I needed it to help me set it up and therefore commit!) and 3 sheets of lovely stickers. I took the time to sit down, read through the guide, and set it up. I flicked through the pages for the first time and was struck with the amount of space you got to write in. Then, I spied the 3 month goals page. The yearly goals page. The monthly review pages! THE SPACE AT THE BACK! This is exactly the kind of thing I needed and was overcome with joy (I cried slightly!) because finally, this is a planner that understands my needs. I'm a doodler, a scatterbrain, I leave notes everywhere and forget to put them somewhere safe - but now, I am thoroughly compelled to keep it altogether in my planner. It is now an act of self-care, and I get to look jazzy doing it. I am very fond of the goals sections for each day, the week, and the month. It helps you to check back half way through each time period and amend things, in case you started off like I usually do - full of enthusiasm - and run out of juice very fast. You check in with yourself every 3 months - your goals, your ideas, your needs - and it is eye-opening to see how fast we evolve our ideas as a result. Or, how soon we realise that some things Don't Work Out. It is a gentle friend who gives you a firm reminder every day. Do the things, track your progress. Every step is worth it. Armed with my shiny, rosy, sticker-filled, foxy planner, I have become List Queen. Princess of Neatness. Birthday Guru. Lady of Tracking How Much Water I Drink On A Daily Basis. And I feel BETTER. I love you Clever Fox. Thank you for helping me help myself.

I got the Clever Fox Planner PRO planner after eyeing it up for ages and it's beautiful and beautifully made. Size wise it’s the same size as an A4 notebook which I loved as I (personally) prefer more writing and page space! It’s got a lovely high quality softback cover, and the pages themselves are really nice and thick too so don't have much worry about bleed-though! Of course always pen test pens first but I've never had a problem with all my coloured highlighters! The beauty of it being A4 is that there's so much space to write and plan which is exactly what I wanted. It comes in a really lovely storage box that keeps it really well protected. The planner has elastic closure and a back pocket - both of which are nice added bonuses! I got the Navy blue and it's truly beautiful. The cover is soft so the whole planner has a lovely, luxurious feel to it and is just a joy to own! The stickers you get are beautiful and fit in perfectly into the planner - so much so I then purchased more Clever Fox stickers! The layout of the planner and the pages just makes sense which may sound obvious but I think we have all had planners where it didn't flow well or seemed jumbled - there's no second guessing here! It's a lovely, simple layout for your main tasks but still very visible and simple to follow which is ideals for those who don't have much time, have a hard time focusing or just need to be able to grab and plan! Let's not also forget that this whole planner is undated so you can start and stop whenever suits you, with no worry of wasted pages if you aren't into planning daily! The whole layout, feel and vibe of this planner is just beautiful - highly, highly recommend!

Brilliant planner, I'm on my 4th year of ordering! Super high quality cover, flexible, lays flat and since I am opening and writing several times a day over a year, really robust. Lots of space on a week, and then separate areas for month and recaps. I don't get into the analysis and self-discovery sections as much(wins/lessons learned/improve), but still very useful, and think valuable for coaching yourself. The quarterly recaps quite good for setting goals and summarising results. Generous note pages at back incredibly useful as can refer to important decisions and notes for years.

I really love the leather on the planner and the thickness of the pages. It’s a very lovely, well thought out planner that helps you create goals and reflect on what you’ve achieved on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis. It asks deep questions in the beginning of the planner which requires a thought process of analyzing your goals and why you want them. It comes with 5-6 sheets of little stickers that help motivate you and bring your planner to life. I only wish there was a dedicated finance section within the planner along with a pen loop. Other than that, no gripes and it’s fantastic quality.

I bought this planner as I am about to begin my 3rd year at University which I know is going to be filled with a lot of work and likely to be somewhat unpredictable. For the past two years I had been using a mix of online planners and bullet journals but to save time I decided to switch things up and purchase my first Clever Fox planner. This planner is beautiful, I purchased the purple planner and I love it. The paper used is size A4 and 100% recycled and of a good quality, I have tested the paper with Stabilo Boss highlighters and I have had no issues with the colour bleeding through to the other side of the paper. Each page is organised neatly with enough writing room to fill in your key tasks for the day. I personally really enjoy that there are individual spaces for each to do list etc.. I use different coloured pens for personal and work activities (although this is absolutely not necessary). For anyone who likes gratitude journaling there is a decent amount of self-reflection pages used for monthly reviews but there are also small sections during the weekly pages to look back on the weeks highlights and areas of improvement. The outer cover of the book is lovely and soft to touch and folds right back so you are able to write across a whole page comfortably. The planner came packaged very nicely in bubble wrap and a plastic folder which can be used to transport the planner or for storing spare paper. There is also a small 'How it works' guide for those of us who are purchasing a Clever Fox planner for the first time which is a nice touch along with some cute stickers. Overall I am very happy with the planner and I am really looking forward to using it.

About to order this for the 3rd time. I love this planner. Really helps me focus on balance in my life, and I find that when I stick to this, I am at least 10x more productive whilst also ensuring I make time for recreation, relationships, etc. I love the size - no minuscule writing required as you have plenty of space to map out your month, week & day. I've sent this link to several colleagues & friends. If you're a planner type of person, you will probably love it too.

I absolutely love the quality and layout of all the Clever Fox items. At the beginging of the year I purchased their Budget Book and it truly helped me see all my spends and visualize better ways of savings and be on track for all my due payments etc. I ended up purchasing one for my brother too who was also very happy with it. I purchased the Planner, the colour and quality was fantastic and carried quickly and in perfect condition. Perfect size to carry around and have for work etc. I just treated myself to their Planner Pro as it's their only A4 sized planner and I'm extremely happy with it also. Its very light but the pages are all quite thick and good quality. Layout is great and easy to use however I love how they added a How It Works guide too. Shows how they truly want everyone to get the most out of their products. I would highly recommend this brand and think that although they aren't the cheapest, its clear that the quality is worth it.

This planner is great, does exactly what it is supposed to do and I will certainly order it again for next year. It's a good thing that, unlike my last order, the planner came in a cardboard sleeve, but it was a bit too small, so the original plastic box, which is great for giving the planner as a gift, had a few unsightly creases. What bothered me the most, however, was that the promised instructions were not included. I'm pretty sure they fell out of the plastic box when the seller squeezed it into the cardboard sleeve. Without a guide, it is difficult to fill in a few pages from the Planner, so I had to contact the manufacturer directly to get a PDF file, which I had to print out myself.
