Absolutely delicious
The complaints about this ghee (and their other ghees) are related to poor shipping or storage conditions that are simply out of the hands of Gold Nugget Ghee. When it separates due to these things, you simply need to whip it back up yourself and then keep at the right temp and it will be as creamy as you wish it to be. GNG does as much as they possibly can with boxes and bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery, but they can't control shifting packages and temperatures. So, give them a break... lolThis ghee has a really incredible flavor. I have been buying their regular ghee for a while now and I honestly might prefer this one for coffee. It has the lightest hint of a banana flavor when eaten alone and a delicious mild sweetness in coffee. Maybe if people buy more we can get a larger bulk option to save some money too!

If you like yak butter, you'll like this product.
Many years ago my husband and I were walking in the East Village trying to find a good restaurant in the midst of a snow storm. We decided to try a Tibetan place and when the server saw we were half frozen, he suggested tea with yak butter. It was soothing and delicious. Now that we live in Colorado, exotic food is at a mimimum. When I saw this offered, I thought I'd get a jar. It brings back fond memories and helps combat Colorado winters.

Yes, I am one of those bulletproof coffee nerds. It has a similar flavor to goat milk or cheese. If you’re not a fan of those then I wouldn’t buy this. But I love it!

Taste is bold
I cant believe I finally found a butter that wont give me mucus problems. I mean this is like receiving all the benefits minus the problems!! We should ban dairy cows and replace them with native cattle ASAP.

How do customer believe these product is all year long pasture-raised?? 🤣There is no label or any scientific proof behind this product. I am not going to pay so expensive price for this item blindly, just simple discretion. I hope it make sance to buyers!If this is the right genuine product, it should have some proof of evidence or certificate of authentication by any government agency or even any source of Nepal Yak association or picture and videos of how they raised their yaks and processes the product.Without knowing and strong background I am not paying hard working money 💵 to buy this product, period.

Great Ghee
If it is really from Tibet / Mongolia and fed on healthy grass, the price is warranted. I use it in my morning bulletproof coffee. LOVE IT!
