Start leaking after 1 year
It looks good and it is very easy to install. However, it doesn’t last over a year. This is my 3rd one. The last 2 started leaking through the small empty circles after one year.

Put a Stop to a Leaky Issue - Outdoor Faucets

I used 1.5 wrap white plumber tape to smooth out the screw on.

Works Perfectly – No More Water Explosion!
Replaced the original backflow preventer installed by my builder, and this one works much better. No more water shooting out when I turn off the hose. It handles pressure changes smoothly and is easy to install. Highly recommend for anyone looking to avoid the mess and ensure better water flow control!

Spews water when shut off.
Spews water when pressure from line is dropped. I was led to believe this one was different but it is not.
