Q: Just this morning I noticed a rotten egg smell when I opened my bottle that is still good until November. Not sure if they always have this odor?

That is normal! I take an NAC supplement that is only 600mg and it smells like sulfur right after opening as well. So no reason to be concerned.

Q: is the source vegan? (not asking about capsule or tablet but about NAC)

I do not know, but I am recently diagnosed with COPD and this seems to help me breathe easier.

Q: Does this product contain corn or rice ingredients?

The "other ingredients" (other than NAC) are "cellulose (capsule), stearates (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose." My doctor recommended this brand as a good one because they don't use a lot of fillers or other questionable ingredients.
