This is amazing stuff! I use it daily on my legs to prevent leg cramps, and if I do get a leg cramp, it's works quickly.

When I first started using this product, I could only tolerate 1-2 sprays, and then I would literally rock myself in tears for 15 minutes until I could wipe it off. I heard that the more magnesium deficient you are, the more this stuff burns when you first start using it. I’ve had pretty significant health issues for a decade + and oral magnesium does nothing for me. But I was never prepared for just HOW bad it would burn, like a literal fire. I was able to gradually work my way up to 8-10 sprays after a few months, and now almost 9 months later and the entire bottle used, I don’t experience any tingling or pain at all. I am sleeping deeper and definitely feel the effects of finally having enough magnesium in my body. We don’t get enough in our modern diet because of depleted soil and foods.**Tips for usage: DO NOT use on your legs after shaving, no matter how much you get used to the product. It will always burn like heck on freshly shaved skin. The stomach is the best area I’ve found. This product is naturally sticky/powdery feeling after application and might absorb into clothing, so be aware. I usually wear an old t-shirt to bed and use it just before I sleep, but you can also wipe it off after 15 minutes of absorption.Overall, give it time if it burns for you. It will get better. The more deficient you are the more you’ll feel the fire. But this is the best absorbing magnesium I’ve ever found and used!

Amazing product! I rub three sprays under each foot and rub it in and I fall asleep quick! I work in a factory 10hr days and legs hurt during the night.....I have alot less leg cramps! Highly recommend!❤️

Best magnesium supplement! topical is the best way the body absorbs and can use magnesium. We love the stuff. This particular bottle fell apart —the sprayer broke—, but normally this is the brand to go with.A little greasy, slightly itchy at first for some - is mormal. Relieves our restless legs almost instantly.

This item was incredible. It worked magic for detoxing my skin. My entire lymphatic system felt some of the load taken of its back literally. I could feel the circulation improvement in my blood in certain areas after using. I also was able to pee normal with not pressure or lack there of. I was very skeptic at first of purchasing the magnesium oil spray. I thought it’s just another magnesium product that wouldn’t work. I’ve tried magnesium cream in the past and it did nothing. I made my purchase based on the reviews of this product. The first night I got the product, I sprayed it on my legs and feet and rubbed it in a little. I sprayed a little on my hips and thighs for sciatic like pain at night. Just 2 sprays on each area since it was my first time. When I tell you within 5 minutes the neuropathy burning and pain in my legs and body started to go away, I was like this is not really happening. Yep, it did. It relieved the pain as I slept through out the night. I have fibromyalgia with radiating pain everywhere, and thought nothing could help, until this magnesium spray. Well wrapped for shipping but spray hole was clogged upon arrival. I tried to soak it in hot water and pierce hole with a pin but it did not help.I finally decided to transfer the liquid to another new spray container and it too got clogged in two days.I started to just soak a finger or two and rub it on each foot. I don't know if this is the right amount for it to actually work or it is too much and may have side effects.

I had suffered from severe intermittent muscle cramping in my feet, toes, calves, thighs, abdomen, stomach muscles, front ribs, and back since I was a teenager, now I am a Grandmother. On a recent visit to my doctor I mentioned this problem because it was becoming a daily problem. He told me to get some magnesium oil, put 2 Tablespoons , plus 2 cups of Epsom salts ( as they also contain magnesium) in my bath twice a week and in about 4 - 6 weeks, I should notice a considerable difference. He said this was the best way for the body to absorb magnesium as our skin is the largest organ of our body and readily absorbs what we put on it.I put the oil on my skin and wait 20 minutes then get in my Epsom salt tub, fortunately I have a Jacuzzi tube which I hope helps even more . The oil tingles and gets warm and sometimes a little itchy, but for me that went away after about 5 - 8 minutes after I put it on my skin.After 5 weeks I could go every week and a half between the bath treatments. I have kept it at that level now for about 3 months. This company also carries a Magnesium lotion. I use the lotion if I have to delay my mag. soak for a few days because I just can't get the time. The lotion also tingles, and it leaves my skin feeling dry. About 3 hours after I have used the lotion , I put my favorite super hydrating body lotion on, this rehydrates my skin from the drying effect , I also use my favorite body lotion after the bath soak , giving it about 1-2 hours after the soak before I put it on.I used to have horrible leg cramps/Charlie horses that would eject me from bed in the night with so much pain I could not work or sleep, sometimes the cramp would last for a day or two varying in severity, but painful. I used to have toes that would go into cramps with absolutely no prior notice, walking down the street, in the grocery store, anywhere, my toes would curl up or cross over each other and I would be diving for my feet to try and rub them out, if that did not work I would be stepping down as hard as I could on my toes trying to stretch the cramps out. Then as soon as I would sit down or think I had worked out the cramp and relax my foot or toes the cramp would hit again in full force. I had muscle spasms in my back that would cause the long muscle the length of my spine to rise up in a visible mass if my chiropractor touched my back on that muscle, also in my neck. The neck muscle cramps were so severe they caused headaches that lasted for days, sometimes weeks. I like the lotion version of this product best for my neck. This has worked wonders for me. Even though I don't enjoy the drying and tingling effect I get from either the oil or lotion, as soon as I hydrate with a good lotion my skin is nice and soft and no cramping.What a relief after 40 some years and it was getting worse in the past 8 years and horrible in the past 3 years. I am so thankful for these products and of course my doctors advise.
